It took me half an hour to actually checkout on the website due to errors. Not only that, I contacted them RIGHT after I placed my order due to an shipping issue, but they didn't respond back until 7 days later. Won't order from Big Al's again. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Will never order from them ever again.i received seven packages of filters that were filthy. Charcoal everywhere.they blame the manufacturer, the manufacturer did not put them in a shipping box to ship to me, they did.the plastic bags seven of them had charcoal on the outside of the bags. I had charcoal on my hands, on my washing machine and inside of my laundry tub.i had to take all the filters out of the bags that they came in.next time I need this product, will order it somewhere else. I google complaints on this company, and there were a lot of them
