Walmart Supercentre

The photo center is a complete disaster. Using the same space to fulfill curbside pickups.Not enough staff and the ones they have are overwhelmed and yield zero customer service.Mess!

I have a service dog and Amy the greeter at the front is wonderful. I shop here often and the staff constantly ask me if my dog is a service dog. Amy is the only one who simply smiles as I walk past with my dog. I wish there were more individuals like Amy working at Walmart. As a retired teacher I give her an A+

Great store with fantastic staff. John in the produce department is always cheerful and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop at this store. My only complaint is that Walmart has not opened the doors that lead into the mall. It's uncomfortable to walk outside when it's raining to get to the other stores. OPEN the DOORS to the MALL!

I visited this Walmart for the first time ever and was very happy with my visit. It is huge, very well stocked and has some great deals. The store staff is very helpful and nice. Sections are well marked. There is also a nice garden center, which is accessible from outside the Walmart. There is also a burger place for a quick bite.

I really like going to this store as it is close to home. It’s understandable that the store doesn’t carry as much items compared to other locations as it is smaller. Love how the store is renovating. It’s so ironic how some customers complain how bad service is here, even though they are just following policies laid out by the company. Shout out to the the manager Ed as he was very helpful and very good with dealing with problems, and customers. No wonder why the company has imposed stricter policy with returns due to those who take advantage of the whole system. I’ve witness problematic people who repetitive do wrong and create a whole issue just so they can justify their wrongdoings like stealing and put up a innocence like image by creating a argumentative situation and by being dramatic & childish with no manners.

Store had everything I needed. But it's not even a full week after Halloween and they're already pushing Christmas.Everything in society has become so materialistic. It's somewhat disappointing that we define ourselves based on our purchases.

I like the employee named MEHAKPREET KAUR (dept manager)as she did her best to help us, even it was her break time, she helped us find stuff that was very important gor us.

I wanted to take a moment to recognise the amazing customer service I received from the Walmart team this morning. The gentleman who greets all customers (did not catch his name) helped me get to the spot where customers can retrieve their online orders. He introduced me to Brent.Brent helped me realise there was only one order that was picked and walked me to the section where the products are displayed. Unfortunately there was no secondary unit, but we did find two other models that were on sale (and less than what I had initially paid). Brent then went on to cancel the order via his device. He then helped me carry one of the products while I carried the other to the self service checkout lane.I then met Henrietta who was exteremly gracious to all the customers that were either proceeding to their check Point of Sale system by greeting them and those exiting ensuring they had a beautiful day. Henrietta assisted me in finding the serial number on the box after I scanned the product and assisted me with getting a cart to help me get the products to my car.Just a pleasant experience overall walking to this location and getting what I needed. Thank you Walmart team!

Mehakpreet Kaur (Dept manager) she is a great person with good and helpful hearts. Not just she helped us but also brought smiles on our faces. Our experience became a memory because of her.

This employee working at this Walmart location is by far the most rude & racist person I've ever encountered. She has accused me of stealing and changing products that I return. She accuses me then checks security cameras, knows shes wrong and does the refund. I encourage everyone to stay away from this location because of racist, uneducated & disrespectful employees like her. She has harrassed me twice with zero proof and I've contacted my lawyer already. She needs to be let go of ASAP as she is tarnishing the business.
