We we're passing through Glenwood with an Austrian built railcar that is used to measure and test the railroad tracks. Our Sutrak HVAC system wasn't running quite right so we made a few phone calls and eventually got Tyler from Rapid Response to come to the CP yard and look at our equipment. Tyler looks more like a California surfer dude than a HVAC tech, but he really knows his stuff. He tested both our systems and identified a few issues, one that he fixed on the spot and a second that he ordered parts for. Good communication, fair price, and he exceeded all expectations. I doubt I'll ever be in Glenwood again, but if I were to come back I'd call these guys again.

They are very professional and helped us in December when our furnace quit. Installation was very well done, and the guys doing the installation were very efficient. I highly recommend them in Glenwood, MN, and surrounding towns.

Update 6/25/22 I’m lowering my review down to 2 stars. I recently had my pipes clog again and called Rapid response to come check it out. They were fast and came the next day. Turns out I have a pallet load of sand in my newly replaced pipes. The plumbing technician was very professional and did a great job cleaning most of the sand and getting my system unclogged. They only replaced my pipes from a clean out in my basement to the road so when he used the camera to check my existing plumbing he couldn’t see any holes or cracks as to where the sand could be coming from but assumed it must be coming from the existing pipes so I was changed for the service. I also tried reaching out to the owner after the inspection and had to call multiple times a day and send an email to which none got returned but finally got a call back from the same tech that came out to my house. As of this update I haven’t had another clog yet but if I do again hopefully the exact problem area will be more visible. If it turns out it is not their work then I will happily rate them 5 stars again.I kept having my basement drain back up so we called rapid response plumbing and they came and cleared the clog and also videoed our pipes. Mike was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and gave me my options. Decided to go with the pipe bursting and they knocked it out quickly.

He was very quick to arrive at house when I couldn't unclog my pipe. I tried for 3 hrs and couldn't get it, so I called rapid and he was here in 30 minutes. Corrected my issue was very good price and told me what I should do about my pipe going to main. I am in the process of doing a new main to road. Would highly recommend if you can't get it yourself after trying for awhile.

We had an issue with another company so we called Rapid Response and they showed up the next day. We have nothing but great things to say about our tech Andrew. Super professional, nice, and explained the situation well. In the future we will only be working with Rapid Response!

Fast service, same day, water heater replaced in an hour! All went well. :-)

They came asap and walked me through everything step by step and even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was running properly and has been more than helpful with showing me the ropes of my new system in my first home. 100 % recommend!
