FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

First on site team was very quick in resolving my emergency flooding of basement. The project manager Jose is very knowledgeable and answered all my queries about the scope of restorations required. Overall very happy with their services.

We had a flood in our basement and our insurance company suggested to use FirstOnSite. Scott was wonderful to work with and completed the job extremely quick and the finishes were outstanding. Staff from First onSite were very knowledgeable and professional. From the shoring up of the brick on the outside of the house to the drywall repair on the inside, all was done well and in a timely manner. Contractors working for them (brick layers and garage door installers) also did a great job!„

We had a flood in our basement and FOS was there quickly after our insurance company called them. Trevor and Leslie worked so hard in the following days removing carpet and taking out drywall. The rest of the team packed up our basement and made an accurate list of our damaged contents. Josh was knowledgeable and was there anytime I had a question and walked us through the process. I would not hesitate to use them again. Such great people.. I actually miss seeing them everyday!! We will now use them for the reconstruction of our basement I feel confident they will exceed our expectations. Thanks so much! You made a bad time a little more bearable.

Just saw the first on site van is parked across 4 parking spaces in the mall parking lot at Christmas.

It has been 7.5 weeks since my flood initial clean up was fantastc BUT since the it has been a disaster not returning calls in a timely fashion vacations , meeting within the company one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing just disgusting as the above comment close the door and find someone else unless you want to wait months for a job by all concense small to be done. Initially I was very impressed not any more.

On Saturday morning, November 16th, I had the misfortune of having a flood in my condo.After a couple of minutes of panic on my part, I phoned the Superintendant of the building. She recommended, & called, Terry Murphy from “First on Site” in Guelph.Terry came within a half hour. He assessed the situation, calmed me down & had one of his crews at my place in about two hours.The work ethic of this team was beyond my expectations. They worked solidly for three hours, ripping up the flooring, removing the baseboards, washing the floors, cleaning, disinfecting, moving furniture, etc. All of was done with great professionalism, sense of humour, & respect for my property.Thank you Terry for your great service!
