Sarana Tile

We had a great experience buying both the hardwood and tile for our home reno from Sarana Tile. Their showroom is beautifully spacious and makes it very easy to browse amongst the many flooring options. Their sales team was very knowledgeable and was eager to help us find the perfect flooring that fit our aesthetic and budget. We were really impressed with the quality of service we received. Average selection of tiles, however the customer service is very bad. When purchasing the tiles the person at the desk wouldn’t allow me to know what the discount is for a certain tile using my contractor’s account. Only when my contractor called and allowed them to tell me what the discount was, I understood how much I would be paying for the product. When purchasing, none of the customer service people let us know what the return policy was and did not tell us about 10% restocking fee. The laminated sheet on the counter also does not mention a restocking fee, just says “read the fine print” on your receipt (but of course it’s too late to make a decision at that point as you’re just under the mercy of whatever return policy is written). The manager was understanding and waved the fee when we returned, but the rest of the staff is very rude and arrogant. I wouldn’t come back here again just because of the quality of customer service and there are many other tile stores around to chose from. If you purchase from there, just make sure to ask a lot of questions and brace yourself for the rudeness.

Sarana Tile Ottawa was the second tile store I visited in October when I was renovating our en-suite bathroom. I will never go anywhere else again. Jason went ABOVE and BEYOND to find me tile that matched the colours and sizes I wanted. He ensured that my tile arrived on time before construction started. Him and his team are amazing and I will only be shopping here from now on.

We are doing a major renovation of our kitchen and family room. We chose 4 ft square (very large) pris calacatta tiles (white with a grey/blue vein) throughout both rooms and the look is absolutely stunning!! We worked with Jason at the Ottawa store and he highly recommended this tile. We have received so many compliments on the look and we think it is so beautiful. I highly recommend Sarana Tile because of their excellent selection and great service.

Jason was absolutely amazing, we needed something ASAP and it was basically closing time, we called, he took time to explain everything to us, he waiting until we got there even though they were closing. Once there he was not rushing us and really took the time to explain to us how to do what we needed to do. Amazing experience would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Impeccable service at this location! The staff are very relaxed and patient, and don't push any sales on you. The selection of tile available is great, and many sizes as well. A big high-five to Jeremy who initially reassured me that even though my desired tile didn't arrive in the size I wanted, it was easily cut by waterjet cutting services. I highly recommend this location to anyone doing a tile job!PS- Hyrdotech is the shop which will be doing my tile cutting, and their price is very reasonable. Also it's great that Sarana Tile can ship directly to them, so you don't have to take time off work ! (shipping costs apply, of course).Keep up the great work staff! I was very impressed with the professional staff and exceptional service I received from the Sarana Tiles Ottawa store.A special shout out to Manager Jason for going above and beyond.I will definitely be going back to Sarana Tiles to complete my upcoming projects.
