Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse
Hubby and I went here on a weekend. We made a reservation online for dinner. We got there and the place was very empty. Down the middle section of the seating areas is the COLD sides bar. Veggies. Quinoa. Salads. Pickled items. Cheese. Cold cuts, cold potato salad.etc. At the end of said area are 2 types of soup, mash potatoes and bread. You take what u want and go sit down. The waitress said 13 types of meat would come out for us. 8 came out by the time we left. They waiters come out super slow. The meat slices cut off each skewer are relatively decent small sizes so ull have room for more. There are like 4 pork dishes out of the 8 we were offered. 1 chicken and 2 steaks. The 8th was the pineapple which was overly cooked and overly seasoned with cinnamon. The pineapple is better at the mcload trail brazillian steak house. I ordered a spicy pineapple non alchy drink" off the drink menu and it did not taste like pineapple AT ALL but it burned down my throat and was super sweet i left it on the table. Waitress didnt even ask why i didnt drink it

Chose this place for our first Calgary dinner. Was good, salad bar had lots of options. The gauchos came around quite frequently, only once had a bit of a traffic jam with 3 at our table at once, but who could complain, they all brought more meat! The atmosphere was quite chill, our wait staff was very attentive. I do wish there were small bowls for sauces like the chimichurri at the salad bar. Other than that, no complaints.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. They were extremely attentive and polite which made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. Although the food was average for its price, the ambiance of the restaurant was top notch. The decor and lighting created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere which was perfect for relaxing dinner with friends or family.Despite the food being mediocre, the restaurant definitely made up for it with its impeccable service and welcoming ambiance. I would highly recommend this place foe anyone who is looking for a great dining experience with excellent service.

Had an amazing lunch at Pampa calgary. Leo was the one bringing out the meats and is super nice. They have 7 meat options for the rondizio which rotates coming out so its always fresh and warm. I like the fish in vinaigrette sauce on their salad bar. Reminds me of a Filipino dish called kilawin. The star of the meat dishes is the picanha. I can just have that for dinner everyday! They are always bringing out meat to serve to the table and we were having to switch the flag to pause so we can keep up which is awesome!The restaurant is clean and has a nice vibe to it. Washrooms are well maintained. There is complementary parking in the centre 10 building ang you just have to register at the front desk.If theres anything that I wished for is to bring my daughter with us. She is 12 but because she is full price already, it wouldn't be practical as she does not eat lots to justify paying for $40 at lunch. Ofcourse its not the restaurants fault so im not going to score them any less for it.

First time we visited for lunch and were pleased that the salad bar and buffet was the same as what is offered at dinner time. At lunch they rotate only 7 meats which was still plenty. My favourite was the garlic sirloin and sausage.Best things from the buffet were the cheese buns, mashed potatoes and the pineapple/cucumber salad.My wife had the lemonade which was lime mixed with sweet and condensed milk and I had a Brazilian pop (Guarana) which they describe as a mix between cream soda and ginger ale. We both enjoyed our picks!Service was great as always. The Gauchos went out of their way to bring us our picks!

I’ve been to steakhouses with the same concept in different parts of the world, so my review will basically be comparing Pampa to them.First, the atmosphere is lively and the overall ambiance is pleasant. We were greeted warmly and in a very welcoming manner, staff are super friendly and attentive.The restaurant offers a unique dining experience, and is a great option for meat lovers, however, starting with the salad bar, could be much more attractive, with more variety, and better presentation!Although, we’ve been told that there are around 13 different kinds of meat, we have seen around 4 or 5 max, and all were medium well, and if someone needed well done (for example) the staff (who were really helpful and spot on) would get it, but of course it took time.Having said that, the price is a little expensive for such an experience. But overall, we had a good time there and I’m sure that there is room for making it stand out

Pardon me for I am about to leave a long review, but I just can't leave out the details.My partner and I went there for the 1st time yesterday since we had gift cards from Christmas present and had an amazing time.The environment is cozy, food was great tasting and the services was absolutely excellent.Their service was my favourite part. When we first got there, a lovely lady explained exactly how everything works there. We met one of the chefs by the salad bar, who took time to explain and recommended this dish that was in the hot pot. I am 8 months pregnant, and every server took notice and automatically served me well cooked part of the meats without me having to mention. The chef also came by our table later to see how we were doing and if we had recommendations and if there was a favourite we wanted to be served more of which he arranged for right away too. They also gave a no pork" coin to place on our table so that nobody came to offer it as we had mentioned to just one of the servers... I mean
