We've been going there for almost 10yrs. I liked the orthodontist, and the friendly receptionists.Now she's retired, and the new front desk lady is very surly, no smile no greeting, not even look at me, and asking me for next appointment. I don't usually leave reviews but couldn't resist.I am not sure I want to take my youngest child for his braces.

Overall, they did a good job.Edit: it’s not been easy with my brace journey since 2019, especially during the pandemic and everything. Dr. Sander and her team has been very professional as well as supportive in terms of helping me achieving the best brace result. I’m glad to say that I chose Ancaster Orthodontics and it’s definitely a right choice for me! Thank you Dr. Sander, and thank you Michelle, and all the rest of the team! You definitely deserve the Reader’s Choice Award from theSpec!!

They are always super helpful and welcoming. I came to them at 17 (turning 18) to ask a bunch of questions because I was on my own and they couldn’t have been more helpful. 2 years later and I got a great smiling and it’s thanks to them!

I brought my kids in for a consult and had a great experience. The front desk ladies were very welcoming and friendly. Dr Sander was great at explaining all her findings her treatment recommendations. The office was very clean and welcoming.

Just wanted to say a big thanks for whole team , especially for Dr.Melissa Sander.I’m almost at the end of my process with braces and I can’t be more happier with results now! She helped me with my jaw issues and open bite, which was incredibly huge! Unfortunately she will retire soon, but I’m positive for Dr. Kochhar and old-new team to continue to do wonderful results after Dr. Sander! 5 stars but nothing less!Thank you!

Dr.Sander, and her entire staff are truly amazing. They welcome you like family. They treat my children with optimal care. They definitely go above and beyond to create beautiful smiles. We love Dr. Sander and her team for their attention to detail and making sure both our kids get the best care.Thank you for working hard during this pandemic and taking full precautions to keep our children safe whilst coming in for their dental appointments.

Ancaster Orthodontics has been top notch during the almost 2 years that my daughter has been attending for braces. They were removed in January 2019 and her teeth look amazing! From the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists to Dr. Sander herself, the entire team treats you like you would want to be treated. They take the time to explain and answer your questions and are always understanding when life gets in the way and you need to reschedule. The camaraderie amongst the team is evident. Very knowledgeable, positive, friendly, and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

If I could I would give them more than just 5 stars. What an amazing team. Dr. Melissa Sander is just awesome, kind, knowledgeable, really super skilled. The results were impressive and her entire team is just as good. Everyone is kind, super knowledgeable and polite. Wait times are usually none to very short and honestly it was worth every single penny we paid for our daughter's orthodontic treatment. We had gone to a few other places before deciding to go with Ancaster Orthodontics and we are so glad we made the right decision. Highly recommend the awesome Dr. Sander and her amazing and fabulous team!!!

Would highly recommend Ancaster Ortho!! Amazing Doctor and team. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. So happy that I made the choice to do Invisalign at this office.
