I have been fortunate to have been assigned Amy for my last two Telus plans and upgraded iPhone purchase. Amy is amazing, helpful and customer oriented. Had an emergency repair to my Samsung S21 when the screen suddenly stopped functioning. I found this place by chance and they wees my saving grace. 24hrs later I had a working phone again which was great as I needed for a big event I have been planning for Canada Day. I will recommend this place to folks in the future.
