Dynasty Bathrooms did an excellent job with rebuilding our bathroom from floor to ceiling. Its our only bathroom which was taken into consideration during the build. Jim was awesome at helping us find what we wanted and we couldn't be happier.

Bridget made this experience so enjoyable and stress free. On my first tour of the show room, she was extremely helpful but also gave me space to explore on my own, which I appreciated. She took my ideas and made other recommendations she thought I might like. She was mindful of my budget and timeline. She was always extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions. I can't rave about her enough!

Karen, at the Logan location, was wonderful to work with. She was also very accommodating when it came to making adjustments to my choices and gave me confidence in my final selections, since it can feel overwhelming. My stonewood vanity came well packaged. I can’t wait to install it! I highly recommend Dynasty Bathrooms!

Amazing customer service! Karen L in a few hours was able to confirm that a warranty issue was covered and rather than making me wait until the part arrived from out-of-province, gave me the same piece I needed that was already in her stock (the hand-held part of the shower got stuck on a horrible mix stray/rain setting) and I was able to have an enjoyable shower the next day! (For context, showers are like how some people need to have coffee in the morning.) Karen L got that and had us back-up and ready the next day.

Had an excellent experience dealing with Dynasty Bathrooms. Renovated our bathroom and the products worked perfectly. Had an issue with our contractor with a delay on our project and they were gracious enough to store my order until the contractor was ready to install. Karen was also helpful in resolving the tub pillow that went missing during installation.

To the owners of Dynasty we are very pleased with our recently completed renovations and wanted to share with you what a great experience it was working with your company and two of your representatives.Jim in sales was awesome from our first meeting and helping us navigate during the entire project. He answered all of our many questions-helped us settle on 2 great designs - dropped in to see how it was going and really gave us a 5 star performance.Patrick was our on site contractor. He also was awesome. He was very professional - did great work ( this guy is super talented) and was always in a great mood. Upon our first meeting Patrick promised me that he would treat our house like it was his own and I have to say we experienced this everyday that he worked with us.Big thanks to Jim and Patrick as we couldn't have been happier with how things went. Great choice by us to use Dynasty for our project and would highly recommend them.
