I had a great experience when I did my trade-in at North Bay Mazda. Taylor Russell is who I dealt with and he was very helpful in finding me what I wanted. I can not complain about anyone who works there, everyone is so kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle you will not regret checking them out!

I went into Mazda with the intention on just looking at a car, but ultimately left with one! This was due to the incredible staff, especially sales associate, Taylor, who went above and beyond to get me a new ride. He worked with me through every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. Taylor was incredibly friendly, professional, and made buying my first car an incredible experience, despite those first time buyer nerves! I highly recommend getting to know the team at Mazda when considering a new car!

Wasnt informed how long an A/C test would take, even tho I had said I was waiting. Not offered a shuttle to anywhere. Over two hours later, was given a quote and told my car was parked just outside. I had to walk to the farthest point possible, in the pouring rain. Could they not have driven it around to the front door?When we bought the car, we were treated like royalty. Now we are made to feel like you guys are doing us a favour.The counter guy was polite. Just the whole experience wasnt as personal as other service centres have been.

Very disappointed in the service my vehicle has received in the last week. Took my vehicle in because there was a noise coming from the brakes last week. They did a test drive and washed my vehicle and said it was fine to drive with no issue. Before leaving north bay the noise was heard again. Booked an appointment a week later because that was the next available time to find out the rear brakes were worn down and the calibers were seized. This could have been determined when the car was initially brought in if the vehicle would have been put on a hoist and the brakes examined. Very disappointed because prior to this the service was fantastic there needless to say I will no longer be bringing the vehicle to North Bay mazda for mechanical services....

Update! They will accomodate your complains.There’s still room for improvement.Kinda disappointed when I bought a used car, lots of broken things that wasnt fixed when I got the car so check everything. But they fixed it for free which is good. Gave it 2 stars cause it shouldnt been like that considering they have the so called 160 check. Car is kinda dirty and the wheels too. Paid a lot for this second hand car being this dirty lol

WHAT A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!I purchased a used vehicle from North Bay Mazda recently. It is a dealership that has it all figured out. From the time I expressed interest in the van, they followed up immediately and answered all of my questions. Financing was arranged by them and the delivery was amazing! I went to North Bay Mazda today to have my car fully cleaned inside and out. I couldn`t believe how good it looked when I picked it up. My car was pretty bad inside. It looks brand new inside. I would definitely recommend them. I will be back, Good Job
