Lazy manager don't know how to manage everything and yelling at others. She is mentally unstable I guess. Not wearing mask and also not taking vaccines and telling others to stay 6 feet away. Also homeless sometimes sleeps in different lobbies.

I moved in to this building in the fall of 2018 and I am very impressed. I have never seen vermin of any kind in here. My unit was painted, cleaned, glazed and Varathaned before I moved in. There has been a bedbug inspection as well as a general maintenance and housekeeping inspection. The building managers have responded promptly to the needs of my unit, they can always be seen doing something all day long and the building is clean with no odours of any kind. I have one of the largest units and my rent is very reasonable. It would cost twice as much in Toronto. Laundry rooms on every floor are a definite plus. My only suggestion would be to replace the aging elevators.

My unit had cockroaches and I had to be sprayed literally every single month. They were coming in from the surrounding units. I spoke to a lady on the floor above me who confirmed she had them as well but she wouldn't get sprayed because she had a cat! I also saw cockroaches on the lower level where the garbage cans are and in the lobby. I couldn't wait to move.
