I like to provide a review a few months after the work and after use of the product. Reflecting back on the whole process from start to finish it was very positive and professional experience. Show room along with staff was very helpful in choosing the right shower and hardware. Then John came out to take the very precise measurements. Then installation occurred as planned and done professionally. Now after 6+ months of use everything is still perfect and tight. I recommend Glass Inc to all those that ask me.

Was in need of some custom glass for an outdoor area, called John and could not be happier - fast, friendly and the best customer service! If you need any glass work call John - his showers and all Glass work are the best I have seen.

It was a great pleasure working with John, he was very professional when visiting our home and responded to our needs promptly and efficiently. I like to mention 2 of John's crew men Tommy and Matt. When they arrived, i was working and on a conference call, they worked around me very quietly. They were very quick with the installation and left the bathrooms clean, neat and tidy before they left. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Glass Inc and i would strongly recommend them.

John and the boys at Glass Inc. have been nothing but an amazing company to work with!!! I've had several installs now, from a Glass Wall to Railings and a custom black Glass BackSplash. I can personally say, the boys have always taken extreme pride in the work the do, they are precise and the work always exceeds my perfectionist standards, not mention everyone is always really respectful and professional while in my home!Thanks Glass Inc. for helping me create my Custom home!

I am so impressed with Glass Inc. John the owner was so friendly and very easy to talk to. He sent Matt and AJ over to help with a minor problem. They were so polite and really new their stuff. I Highly recommend this company and their employees. Great Job!!

I have been a builder for over 40 years and used Glass Inc for the first time. Excellent service, timing, price and installation. Will definately be my first go to next installation.

Recently we ordered 2 washrooms glass doors for our renovation project. The entire experience with Glass Inc. was fantastic.John was friendly and came by to take measurements. After ordering, he kept us informed on the timing of the arrival of the doors.Due to our contractor's tiling delay, Glass Inc. was very accommodating, and had to install the doors in two separate trips. Rick and Tom were punctual, professional and cleaned up after their completion of work. The workmanship was excellent.For those that are looking for glass products for their home renovation, Glass Inc. provides a good product at a reasonable price with a great service. We highly recommend this honest and reliable company.
