We have two very young boys - 1.5 & 3.5yrs old, and have asked Chris to do a family photoshoot together with the grandparents. Chris was very professional and made it very easy for us to do the photoshoot with kids. All the pictures turned out better than expected! Chris was our photographer for 3 major milestones: our surprise proposal, engagement shoot, and wedding day! We LOVED having Chris as our photographer!! It is always a pleasure to work with Chris Luk! He makes us feel at ease, brings out the joy from within our hearts, and translates it into beautiful photos. We have been paying close attention to Chris' work since 2016, and had hoped to work with him for our wedding in July 2017. But due to scheduling conflicts, we have had to postpone this privilege until February 2019, whereby he documented maternity photos at our home, as we were joyfully awaiting the birth of our daughter. When she turned three months old, we worked with Chris once again on family portraits in our neighborhood. Chris has a great eye for capturing the most precious moments. We are filled with happiness every time we flip through the heartwarming family photos; they remind us of how blessed we are! We look forward to working with Chris in capturing more of our special family milestones in the future.

Having Christopher Luk as our photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding celebration has been amazing... in fact - it felt like a dream come true. He has this amazing ability to capture beautiful and candid images. The photos that we received were astounding! If I could describe Chris Luk in one word, it would be: efficient! From the moment we met Chris, we were extremely blessed to have someone that not only agreed to capture our engagement photos and wedding day but an incredible planner who was able to direct us in mapping out our wedding schedule and provide us with so much needed guidance through the whole wedding planning process. Through his vast experience, he was able to simplify so many things, was very resourceful and always (always!) on the ball with keeping us on top of everything. This gave us much peace during what we anticipated to be a very stressful time. The day of our wedding, Chris was amazing with our guests and made our day extra special with a surprise slide show! The great thing about Chris too is that he is always positive and smiling because he genuinely cares about his clients and is also very passionate about his work. In terms of pricing, we chose to go with the most expensive package and after working with him and receiving our photos, know that it was worth every penny!! Chris and Jason were recommended to us by a friend and we cannot thank them enough for the great recommendation. Chris and Jason did an amazing job photographing our wedding. From the minute we contacted them to the minute the wedding was complete, Chris and Jason were very helpful and professional. We got multiple feedback from our guest on the attention to details and great sense of photography from Chris! Chris has done an outstanding job organizing and pre-planning the 12-hour schedule for us. His experience and expertise was much appreciated. He was also very accommodative and extremely thorough in both planning and executing the full day of photography. One thing we do regret is not having Chris do our engagement photos, as well, as we are from out of town, so we only were able to have him for our wedding. I was jet lagged, under-slept and overworked, but no one could tell from your photos, Chris. They are beautiful.I found Chris online and quickly felt comfortable and confident working with him for our multi-generational family studio photoshoot. He was such a delight to work with, from beginning to end.Chris is professional and thoughtful - balancing poses, the various sizes of people and colour distribution very quickly and with precision, to compose a beautiful shot. With such a large group there were a lot of moving parts and I was impressed with how Chris managed this family chaos calmly and competently, and still delivering stunning results. As I said before - we all looked great in the photos - like ourselves but very well rested! I would only assume this is the work of excellent post processing.Thank you, Chris, for your time, energy and enthusiasm, and for capturing this precious moment in time. If you want to assemble a 5 star AAA wedding team, you MUST hire Chris Luk as your photographer.Chris has a been an amazing blessing in helping us plan our wedding from the very beginning 1 year prior to the big day. His positive demeanor, professionalism, ability to work in very fast paced dynamic changing conditions (dealing with different personality types and ability to resolve issues during wedding planning and day of, as well as follow up) really made both the wedding planning and big day a very memorable special event.I have taken photography classes and did a wedding course as an option so I do understand what goes on to make your clients happy. Chris gives excellent instructions of what to wear, how to pose, how to relax, and most importantly how to have fun during the shoot. He’s very flexible, accommodating, and understanding putting the wedding bride and groom first.Remember out of all the vendors, the photographer is the main one you will need to work with very closely during all 3 phases (planning and engagement shoot, wedding day, and follow up review of photos).Chris Luk delivered on all fronts flawlessly.One story I want to share was approximately 4 weeks prior to the wedding, my fiancé and I were very stressed and I emailed Chris to update him our situation– he provided very reassuring words things would be great and encouraged us to look forward with joy to the big day.You get what you pay for – everyone from friends, family, co-workers, and wedding guests have been commenting how amazing our photos turned out.
