Extremely disappointed with the arrangement delivered to the funeral home for a family member. I asked Sandra to send me a picture of the arrangement of flowers I ordered. Sandra refused to send me a picture of the finished product. She said it was against their office policy to send pictures. I have not heard of this before, as she is also one of the owners . You would think that they would be proud of their work. I was totally embarrassed and ashamed of the arrangement they sent . I trusted Terrain florist to make a beautiful arrangement and they let me down. I will have to live with the embarrassment Terrain florist has brought to my family even though they did credit my account after I asked Darren multiple times. Very unprofessional that they would not deliver what they promised. Customer beware and ask to see photo of finished floral arrangement.

Walked in today for a last minute bouquet for a birthday. I gave the gentleman a budget and he put together a gorgeous arrangement for me within minutes.Thank you!

Highly recommend this shop for plants and flowers. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of orchid plants in a variety of colours. This is my second orchid plant purchase from this shop - the quality is amazing.

I love Terrain Flowers! I was in a pinch and needed flowers for a client. I saw Terrain online, with great reviews, it was close and I went. The flowers are of the highest quality and they had some truly stunning blooms. I was so excited about how nice the arrangement was that I had bought, I forgot to take a picture of it! It was these stunning Free Spirit sorbet coloured roses that actually smelled like roses, plus pale green hydrangeas, smokey purple dahlia's, lightly purple dahlia's, and more. It was in a large square vase with some decoration on it. For a total of $65 plus tax, it was more than worth it. And I got the gorgeous Free Spirit roses to take home, pictured below. The creative staff there was delightful to speak with and to work with when we were selecting flowers and price. I had a chance to admire their other work while my arrangement was being made and everything was simply gorgeous. If you need a florist in the North York area - Terrain Flowers is it! Highly recommended!

My wife and I were recommended Terrain Flowers through our caterer for our wedding this past summer. Darrin and his team were so nice to work with and one of our favourite pre-wedding experiences was getting to visit the store and see/customize our floral options. Terrain was very flexible and open in ensuring we could achieve the look we wanted, while staying within our budget. We are so happy with how everything looked on our big day and I recommend them highly!

The bouquet we ordered was absolutely spectacular! Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but it was packaged wonderfully as well, and survived a two hour drive to our destination! Will definitely order from Terrain Flowers again!
