It was not a good experience. They are very professional to a fault of being unfriendly and dance around concerns and avoid answering questions related to issues. I am not impressed and will try to find another office that can meet my insurance needs for future insurance policies.

We 've been dealing with this branch (specifically Tayler) for a little over a year now and were perfectly satisfied until earlier this year when we went in to do 3 things, one of which was renewing our insurance policy 2 weeks before expiration. The meeting went well and we left thinking all requests were fulfilled until I got pulled over 3 weeks later for driving without insurance. We have all of our personal insurance with this branch and will now be transferring to a new company after receiving a $600 ticket that we have to dispute with no help from cooperators. Would give zero stars if possible.

They are efficient, pleasant and great to work with.We are all busy and I appreciate the timer they take to send an email reminder and phone call when it is renewal time. After not being able to help, went out of her way to research an option that I had found.
