Great place to deal with.Bought my 2015 summit 800 there with James and Nathan, both were super accommodating and easy to work with!I live over 5 hours away so everything was dealt with over the phone and both of them made it a very reassuring experience. When the sale was all finalized they even delivered it half way for me. As far as the sled it by far exceeded all of my expectations on the mountain and could do everything I asked of it and more!10/10 would recommend town and country motors!

They delivered it sight unseen looking great so excited too get our new side by side. But from the day it got off the trailer it was hard starting we put just under 200 km on the mashine and took it in too see what's up the engine has no compression the belt was worn wheel bearing gone as well as tierod ends worn , and we where left with a 5100 doller bill for a new engine which the 3000 dollar worrenty we bought threw them only covers $ 1900 After the deductible you would think at least 3000 . We called them to ask what they could do for us and nothing back emails and calls this is a bill that should not be my problem. Up too you but I wouldn't buy from them unless you see it first and get it inspected if not at all

Absolutely horrible experience I would not recommend at all. Tried to get a sled off of them first one didn’t have any paperwork on it top end was leaking oil. Second sled they got me in they didn’t even tighten the spark plugs after doing a compression test couldn’t bother to even fill up and liquids when anything happens all they tell you is it’s out of their control. Do not buy from here go anywhere else but here

What a great sales team they have here. I live 7 hours away and everything was dealt with over the phone. Kruize helped me out and made the transaction smooth and fast. He made sure I felt comfortable with everything. definitely recommend buying from town and country motors in Edmonton.

Salesmen were great until papers signed then was lied to for 3 weeks about state of my machine and delivery. And wanted me to pay delivery when I was told would be covered. Then machine arrived after I found my own delivery and was within 2 minutes of it running knew it needed repairs when the mechanic called the week before to explain why it was delayed. He missed major repairs and after talking to the “gm” Nathan said he’d deal with it and fix it if I gave a good review and have my parts to fix it in 10 days. 3 weeks later I was told another week. After that week was told 5 days. And it’s now been another 7 days and I still have not received parts. But my local dealership had them here in 6 when town and country country get the exact same parts from a Polaris shop in 5 weeks. Scam artists that like to lie and hide behind phones.

We dealt with Brad at TC Motors in Edmonton. He was great to deal with and hooked us up with a nice little machine to have some fun with. Great customer service and they stand by their products. I’d definitely give them a go again in the future. Thanks Brad!

I had an amazing experience with Bradley who helped me greatly in deciding what fit my needs. Then Mr. James was wonderful to work with closing the deal with me and Bradley. I will definitely come back when I need another trailer.

Town and Country is an amazing place to deal with. They don’t try and talk you into things you don’t need and they work with you to give the best deal they can. Kruize Was absolutely amazing. He helping me with everything I needed and when I showed up to test drive a machine and a different one caught my eye he jump right on it to give me the best pricing he could. I definitely will be sending my friends and family to deal with Kruize.
