Mount Royal Hotel
While the people staying here are for the most decent people, the same can not be said for the maintenance of the hotel. Heating seems to be and on going issues with it working once in a while on the second floor. Electrical issues seem to be persistent in my room with only one outlet working sometimes but will go off for days at a time. Washrooms and plumbing are in a similar condition. A bit price at about $670/month.

Didn't stay just returned some empties and was ripped off by the vendor attendant. It is pretty dirty, surface wise .

One of THE worst possible places to stay: full of bedbugs, cockroaches and shady activities. A couple of their employees tried to intimidate me when I asked for my deposit back. Even if you're in need of a cheap place to stay, AVOID at all costs

No security for customers, constant fighting. Lack of ownership responsibility for it s customer as customers are frequently assaulted.

I lived there for three years back in 2000. No problems very friendly staff i really miss the ladys at the front desk at the time i cant remember their names but i really liked staying there cheap rent cozy no problems! Miss the Mt Royal hotel back in the days!
