I would like to support black business but it’s so hard I went in to Princessa Beauty Products and the attitude I got from the sales girl was so terrible it was like I’m doing her a favour by coming into the store to my things the way she answered me I decided that this was it for I will not set foot in that store again to buy anything because the customers service just need work I am so done.

AMAZING customer service! They were very patient with me and showed me all the product options I was considering which took a few trips from the front to the back of the store. They also have a wide variety of products which included some of the trending wigs I researched on YouTube. I will definitely shop here again.

The customer service used to be good but sometimes they have attitude especially the slim guy. Telling me not to pull the coils on the display when i just moved the curl to the front to see the style. Did not like his tone. Trying to support our community but customer service is an issue.

Such a nice little shop, I had called a few days prior to see if they had any rosemary oil. The girl that helped me was such a breath of fresh air, (I completely forgot her name, I thinks it’s Aaliyah or something that starts with A, she was wearing a blue sweater)I was a little insecure about my hair loss and she was giving me such helpful advice and payed attention to detail. I never had someone ask me if I had allergies or health issues before recommending me a product, that really warmed my heart because she was genuinely concerned about me as a person rather than a passing customer.10 stars!!! definitely will be coming back with friends
