The check in advisor thought i was stealing from my work truck and wasnt afraid to say it to another person over the phone in front of me. i was struggling to get my personal belongings and dog from my truck while i was slipping in the parking lot from the uncleaned parking lot with snow and ice and the check in clerk kept running to the door to look at what i was doing. And took forever to check in with issues checking in at the same time while i arrive at 1am wanting to sleep before going to my job early morning. Didnt check in till 2am. Not impressed whatsoever.

The room was nice, but they didn't do room service during Christmas Eve or Christmas day. Food on the one day they served it was mediocre.

Nice clean rooms, good friendly service. Included packed breakfast that you order the night before is awesome and very much appreciated, it's placed out on time as well. Fridge and microwave in room sure is handy when working out of town. Complimentary microwaveable popcorn, even had turkey and rice soup the one night as it was really cold. Feel right at home here, will definitely be booking back here again next time I'm working in town.

I’ve stayed here before.Usually the staff is very nice and accommodating. This time I’ve stayed here, I found a hidden camera in room 117, spoke with the guest in 119 about it and he advised me to take it to the police.I took it off the tv it was tapped to the tv facing the bed and plugged into the modem (to keep charging) and I wasn’t sure what to do with it since I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions probably over 50 times.I left with a sour taste in my mouth and spoke with a couple of my friends who live in bonnyville and told me to take the camera to the police. Though I did not want to do that due to my relationship with the hotel.Upon leaving I realized that I had left some clothes at the hotel, and I called the hotel to ask if they were there. The evening front desk worker Terri-Lynne told me my belongings were here.I guess I had left the first drawer full of clothes. There is a dresser in the hotel room.I came back two weeks later, to pick up my belongings and was told my belongings had been thrown out!!!I asked them why would they tell me my belongings were here then throw them out? I was told because there was underwear usually they just throw out underwear.Usually when someone leaves something in a hotel (which I have before) the hotel CALLS the guest to inform them they have left belongings. No one bothered to call and let me know my belongings were there. I could have turned around and picked them up so I am unsure how long my belongings were there until the room was cleaned.I called back after a week and my belongings were apparently there waiting for me.I live in Edmonton, so when I came back I guess they threw my belongings out without telling me.Upon my arrival to pick my things up I stayed at the hotel in room 119 and to my surprise where the camera was in 117, there was tape holding the camera up(White Velcro tape) the cameras in the other rooms had been removed after I found the camera in 117 because my neighbour who was in 119 had told me there was one in his room but he was unsure if it was a camera.Well to my surprise when I came back (to pick up my belongings) there was white tape that on the tv in 119 but the camera had been removed.I assumed they did this in case I took the camera to the police and the police came back to investigate. I have now taken the camera to the police and hopefully they can extract the data from the camera.
