We had the pleasure of working with Anita and Austin as our realtors in selling our condo in Richmond. We truly can say that they are one of the best if not the best realtors we’ve worked with, and we’ve worked with 4 others in the past. We liked that they promptly facilitated almost all of what we needed to sell the condo ( e.g. painter, stager, strata documents) such that we got the place market ready within a week. Without any prompting, they regularly gave us status reports of their showings and followed up with interested buyers. In spite the slowing down of the market, they were able to sell our place in less than a month! The completion and possession dates, however, were in conflict with our out-of-country trip. Anita canvassed several notary public that were available and willing to prepare all documents earlier, such that we were able to find one who completed all papers before we went on our trip.Anita and Austin provided us a true full-service work, that made our selling journey quite smooth and effortless!
