Reviews on here are deceiving..Purchased an Arctic Cat ATV from these guys.. I ended up with a little bit of water damage in my throttle body. So I had brought it back to see if warranty would cover something like that and of course would not. I wasn’t surprised due to the fact it had been “my fault”.After they had my ATV sit in their shop for months saying they were backed up, they informed me my engine was blown.My dad and I went there on our own to see if we could just take it back and fix it ourselves. When we arrived and saw the ATV out in the middle of the parking lot it had the windshield, handle bars, throttle body and other components scattered on the ground.. we took it upon ourselves to go take a look. Employees from the shop come running out telling us we can’t look at our own machine.Better yet they say it’s a write off, and they’d give me back my new throttle body I had purchased. When I received the throttle body, you can tell it was the old one that was damaged. Just couldn’t believe the customer service and the greasy stuff they tried pulling. If you know someone who’s mechanically inclined.. probably better off that way then using their so called “warranties”. I’ve heard other stories with people being unsatisfied with their trailers fake warranties as well..

I recently brought my RV in for some maintenance work and was very pleased with the overall experience. Liam, the service representative, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are happy campers!

Really great Transcona business! Celebrating their 60-year anniversary this year. Staff is very knowledgeable, and the showroom is always clean and well stocked!

We were so excited to pick up our new trailer. We showed up and they set up everything for us explaining as they went. As we went though they discovered there was an issue with our running lights. their service people came out immediately got us in their shop and fixed us right up. I have to say this was probably the best service I have ever gotten anywhere. It was the best experience and they have the best people. They have made a customer for life. Thanks everyone for getting us going to an exciting year of camping.

Stopped in here on Friday afternoon after the hub exploded on a snowmobile trailer enroute to BC. They pulled it in a diagnosed it instantly. Very friendly and very helpful staff.

Purchased our new 33 foot travel trailer here. The service is incredible and they were all so helpful. The pricing was awesome and no price gouging even though trailers are in such high demand.

Very pleased with our trailer purchase from Transcona Trailer. Dave our salesperson was incredible….very helpful, sincere, and genuine. This was our first trailer purchase and he put our mind at ease. The video we received on how everything inside and out operated was detailed and in-depth. The man who assisted us with the trailer hook-up was friendly and very thorough. Again, put our mind at ease as we had never pulled a trailer in past. Our experience at Transcona Trailer was exceptional and exceeded our expectations!

Donovan helped us when we came in to purchase a trailer to bring our snowmobile back to Alberta. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. Not only was the snowmobile trailer a great price, they also only charged us AB taxes since we were bringing it back to Alberta to register. They helped position the trailer outside and offered to let us use their snowmobile ramp to unload our snowmobile from the truck bed. They also helped us load the snowmobile onto the trailer. Donovan went above and beyond to help us with everything, which is one of several reasons why I highly recommend this place.

4.5/5 stars. Spoke with Shane. He was great. Felt no pressure. Bought a camper. Gave us a ride on the golf cart was nice to save the walk to the back of the compound. No issues. No pressure. Patient and quick response via text. -1/2 star because most campers were locked up.
