Loved my service yesterday! I had the photo facial treatment and Hardip my practionwr! She was so informative, friendly, professional, and caring. Sometimes, this treatment can hurt. I didn’t feel a thing and I am already noticing amazing results!

I recently booked hydrafacial for my boyfriend for his birthday and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. After our treatment, I discovered that they had mistakenly booked the wrong package for my boyfriend's treatment when I was very clear over the phone when I booked our appointment. I reached out to them to address the mistake and seek a resolution. To our disappointment, their reaction to their own error was irresponsible, to say the least. Rather than making sure we would be returning customers, they simply offered a verbal apology and said that a note would be made on our file for next time which felt very dismissive and did not address the inconvenience caused by their mistake.As a returning client, I expected the SKN clinic to take responsibility for their errors and at least make an effort to ensure customer satisfaction. They didn't even bother offering a discount on our next visit or issuing a partial refund for the incorrect treatment, which would have demonstrated a commitment to customer care.While my hydrafacial experience was satisfactory, I expected a proactive response and respect from them especially when the package was a gift not just a I'm sorry that you feel disappointed." I've been looking for a clinic for hydrofacial. And I'm happy that I stopped my choice on SKH Holistic Rejuvenation Clinic. Amie is a great specialist and incredibly knowledgeable. She took great care of my skin. Everything was perfect. I definitely will come back:) Highly recommend this clinic and Amie!

SKN was my saving grace after I got burned by a laser treatment at another clinic in Yaletown called Skin Glow. The staff are all warm, approachable and knowledgeable and they take an abundance of caution with your skin which is what I really needed after the traumatic experience I had with the other clinic. Amanda the owner is incredible! She was compassionate and knowledgeable. Jackie and Ashlie are both fabulous estheticians and I'd feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

I’ve received more help and insight here than I have anywhere before. A gem of a place and great staff. Been coming for awhile- supportive, transparent and knowledgeable. Pricing is also posted and upfront, and actually quite reasonable all things considered. Thinking about coming here? Ponder no more, it’s worth it and a yes.

Amie is fantastic. I went in with acne and texture concerns. I've dealt with acne for nearly 10 years. SKN is best skin clinic in Vancouver. I had the privilege of having Amie as my skin specialist and she takes great care with my procedure every time. She is wonderful, incredibly competent, and really cares about the health and integrity of my skin. The clinic itself uses top of the line skincare and technology so I really feel like I am doing the best for my skin.Pro-tip: if you’re getting microneedling, do not skip the numbing cream! It is a day and night difference in terms of pain.

Been here couple times since moving to Vancouver and i always come back! Everybody is so kind and professional and the treatments are relaxing. Was my first place to go and I dont even have to think about changing it. Amazing place.

Beautiful, relaxing location and my esthetician, Zahra, was fantastic. She took the time to explain the steps and answer questions. It was a very relaxing treatment and my skin is radiant.
