Filed my taxes with Puva on 15 March ! Although I had an appointment still had to wait for 90 minutes!On top of that my taxes have not even been filed and its been 3 weeks. I paid more than double of what was written on the chart for Quebec taxes and did not even get the service.Whenever you call them they either dont reply or say he’s busy! He doesn’t respond to any emails or explain anything and if he talks once after you call 100 times, responds so rudely and says its done, there is no update on Revenu Québec website either.Really bad experience and the worst service I have ever received.I would recommend everyone to be careful and find a better person to file their taxes.

The best service ! My family and I have been doing our taxes here for more than ten years with Puva and he always provides fast and efficient service. I definitely recommend this location to get your taxes done !

Unprofessional behavior. Had an appointment booked for 8:30am and uploaded my documentsOnline because on their website it clearly says NO WALKINS When I got there it was WALKINS and it was FIRST COME FIRST SERVICE, FALSE ADVERTISING. When I asked them about my appointment they asked me to wait outside rudely and serviced people who walked in.

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived at the location at 7:30am. Was told to leave and would receive a call when it was our turn. We got called back at 8am and have been standing in a very tight space for 2 hours still waiting to be called in. The receptionist is telling everyone it is first come first serve no appointments. People with appointments have come in and are also being told to wait in the car for over an hour wait. Others would enter the room and go ahead of us and the receptionist would do nothing but say “ you’re next you’re next”.Different system has to be place to have this organized. Rude, uncaring. Repeats the same information to every single person. Someone will recommend a better way of organization the receptionist will say “ that’s what we do yes” just so she can move along and go back to her desk.

We line up 1-2 hours before the place opens since we only visit once a year.You’ll have to deal with customers who do not respect the proper etiquette of lining up or waiting for their turn. Some will just skip the line and bravely go into Puva’s room even though there’s a person respectfully waiting for their turn outside the glass room. You’ll have to deal with disrespectful and no-manner clients and fight for your position sometimes.It would have been nice if the management gives clients numbered tickets, like at the Drivetest center or grocery stores, to call clients out loud if it was their turn. The front lady will advise you to list your name and cell number on the signup sheet and give you the option to wait in your car to be called if it’s your turn but DO NOT trust this. It is best that you wait in line inside the office. Puva’s rates are reasonable, and your life’s time waiting for your turn is worth it if you attentively and diligently wait INSIDE the office! Puva does a great job. You’ll be in and out within less than 10 mins if it’s your turn.Best of luck to the taxpayers!!

A lack of professionalism Not at all helpful. they said they would check into file if I didn't receive the money, but now they are instructing me to contact CRA directly.

Unprofessional and rude behaviour. Me and my friends were doing tax filing here for last 3 ,4 years, but decided to stay away from them.I called 5 times (one call per day ) to do my taxes through online because i am at Saskatchewan and asking for appointment and today Kula was really rude and said “its disturbing only if you call everyday, i will call you if i have time else i wont do ur taxes “. For appointment itself if he do this , then how can give my money to file tax with him. I decided not to do taxes with him.

June,2020:I am following up for last 3 months for tax correction which I informed immediately after my filing.Initially I have been told to follow up in April then got response that we are busy.call us in June.I followed up in June 1st week and someone pick up the call took all details and told we will get back to you and till now no response.I doubt whether they are passing information to the accountant who filed or not.initially I thought due to pandemic everyone busy.It's not like I am free and paid for tax filing not get any response.if you really care for your customer then reply ASAP.August ,2020:Thanks for reaching out to me after seeing my review immediately. Been doing taxes with Puva for over a decade. Clear and legit financial/tax services. They could improve a bit on handling large volume of people during busy tax seasons but overall certainly recommend Puva for taxes.

Absolutely unprofessional business! From the demeanor of the staff to the operation of the business, they need a complete overhaul. (1) we booked an appointment a month in advance and when we called a few days ahead of the appointment to confirm, we were informed that the office doesn’t do appointments and they accept customers on a first come first serve basis. (2) upon arrival you are herded in like cattle by staff who treat you like they are doing you a favor by accepting you as a client. (3) the owner is rude and allows for little questioning of your taxes. Please do yourself a favor and go to a professional establishment like H&R Block.
