Corliving does not stand behind what they sell.I purchased 4 barstools with backs online on Nov 6.On Dec 8 I emailed Corliving with photosof 2 of the stools which have broken. Twoadults use these chairs and have not beenmisused in any way.After many emails back and forth here isCorlivings email to me. After somediscussion with management

Amazing customer service. The ladies were patient and answered our 1 million questions with so much patience and grace. We felt confident in their answers and experience.We received a flyer in the mail and decided to drive over and we did not regret it. We purchased 2 patio sets and although we cannot comment on the quality yet (waiting for delivery) we can comment on the service!The prices for all the items were clearly displayed and easy to understand. It was also really great that they have the item in stock at the warehouse so we don’t need to wait weeks/months for delivery.We also got a complimentary tape measure which was nice!All in all, great customer service, great wholesale prices! Thank you!

Update: I contacted them after they commented on my original review below. Unable to offer replacement parts, only resolution from the company was that I could buy it again at a slight discount + shipping which in the end brought it to pretty much the same cost I paid last year. So I would lose all the money I spent on this umbrella and spend the same amount on a new one.They also tried to tell me that what happened to my umbrella is not a “known issue” which is very dishonest - I found multiple reviews where others encountered and mentioned the exact same issue specifically with the plastic parts degrading and snapping after minimal use.Do yourself a favor and buy from any other company with a proper 1 year+ warranty so you won’t be left with a broken umbrella after a few months of use.----------------------------------------------------Beware of the reviews on the website, I submitted a review for their site but they must filter out the bad reviews because it’s not showing up which is why I’m reviewing here.I bought the deluxe umbrella last season and used it gently for 4 months. Had a cover for it and and stored inside for the whole winter so bad weather wouldn’t affect it. Have now had it outside again for just 2 weeks. Despite very careful care and less than 5 months total of use, one of the brackets that supports the centre spokes has snapped off completely because they are made of cheap plastic, and the handle to crank the umbrella open has also cracked in multiple places. Considering the price, these parts of the umbrella should be metal not easily cracked plastic.Emailed customer service for help and they do not have replacement parts and offered me nothing for the issue, their answer was “outdoor furniture generally goes through a lot of abuse by wind, rain, sun. All of the elements affect longevity of the different components of the umbrella differently.” so admitting their items are such poor quality they literally can’t withstand the environment they are made and bought for? Not to mention the fact that my umbrella went through very minimal “abuse” as I brought it inside all winter and had a cover for it! They also advised me they only stand behind their products for 30 days so don’t expect any help or quality beyond a month of use.The already expensive umbrella has also now increased price since I got it last year (price gouging!!!) so ordering a replacement will cost me even more than the original. I do not recommend this item or buying from this company, total waste of money and poor customer service.

Horrible company with equally horrible product. Two umbrellas in two years. $1000 down the drain. Buy literally from anyone else.

We visited the store five times in the last few weeks, purchasing beds, tables, a sofa and a patio set. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very knowledgable and answered all our questions, probably more than once. They moved items around so we could compare the colors, and we couldn't have been happier with the purchases we made also. we would recommend this store for sure.

Save your hard earned money and shop somewhere else.We bought 4 bar stools and 2 broke within 30 days. Corliving will send us new parts but will not offer any further warranty. I've just lost $800.Dealing with company has been extremely difficult and they DO NOT stand behind what they sell.Buyer beware!

This place is wonderful happen to go in when they were having a sale and I have to say that the staff was awesome very helpful with smiles all over and the store manager Carrie this person is wonderful she helped me with my needs and directed me to the right product definitely recomend for anyone looking for furniture to give this place a look

The customer service with this company is amazing! We recently purchased some stools that turned out to be the wrong height (completely our error) and they were gracious enough to help us with exchange (even though we could not do find the receipt). Thank you again for being so great and easy to deal with, truly appreciate it!

Spent over $500 on their deluxe umbrella only to have it break after minimal use. Contacted Corliving and they don’t even have a replacement piece. Truly disappointed
