I originally contacted Amy early 2018 for details on a family Disney vacation for the Fall 2019. We were initially thinking to go in later Fall, however with the Star Wars rides opening at Hollywood Studios at that time of year, we opted to book from September 3 to 17th instead. Amy was so helpful with all of the booking process to ensure that we got everything we dreamed of having. She ensured we were able to get the best package to met our requests. We couldn't have been happier!! I sent Amy E-mails regularly with questions, Amy always being very prompt to respond at all hours of the day, including on weekends! With the recent hurricane Dorian, Amy immediately contacted us to see what we wanted to do. She worked for a few hours this morning (on a beautiful long weekend) to change our travel dates to September 6 to 20th. She was able to get everything changed without any issues. I have been so thankful to have her throughout this process to ensure that we have a seamless magical family vacation! I would definitely contact Amy for future vacation planning!
