New Chatime Location for Scarborough! Great staff and drinks served fresh and in a reasonable amount of time! Won't need to go to the Midland and Finch location anymore.

The drinks and food are amazing but to expensive for my taste, and when I say amazing it’s not life changing orgasmicly good but it’s good. Don’t get me wrong it tastes real good but not $22 for six cookies and a slushy. They have good offers, thats when you should go. The service is great but it’s so noisy in there it’s hard to hear the girl behind the counter. I would go again but I’m going to wait for a coupon or special 2 for 1 offer.

I purchase from Chatime everyday. I’m what you call a loyal customer. I went to Chatime (2030 Ellesmere Road, Unit 4) Saturday evening, on January 14th, 2023. A purchase was made and along with the receipt I was provided with a coupon. Shortly afterwards a Chatime employee (male) asked for the coupon back (tasteless) stating he made a mistake and thought I had purchased two beverages. Not wanting to cause a scene, the coupon was returned. However the interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, as I have purchased two beverages from this location on multiple occasions and was not presented with a coupon. This situation makes me not want to come back to this location any further. The customer service at this location used to be stellar, however with the introduction of many new hires, the service and beverage quality are slowly declining.

I got jasmine jade milk tea and it's tea of the month. I bought this drink before it was tea of the month and it tasted like milk tea. I'm not sure about other drinks but they diluted the tea now. The drink I just got tasted like watered down tea with milk. last time I bought it it was also watered down but I thought it was a one off but clearly it isnt. I live super close to here and it's convienent... But I'm not going back and would rather travel farther to other places. This specific store is a no go for me and I do not recommend it.

This promo needs to stop especially if they don't honor it. It doesn't say .99 cents off the next regular cup, it says next regular cup is .99 cents. Very condescending the person I dealt with, but it's okay. Coco's from now on or any other places except this.

The worst Chatime location! Will never recommend it! Robots are working at this location, no humans, very rude and insolent. If I could, I wouldn't give any stars at all! Best location College and Henry st and West Creek and hwy 7. There you can get what you like for the money you are paying!

I ordered their signature pearl tea almost every weekend. I tried all kinds of bubble tea brands and Chatime is the one fits me best - pearls are not too soft nor hard, and milk is just right portion. The service at this store always exceeds my expectation, quick and welcoming!

Twice now, I've ordered drinks from this location through Skipthedishesh and got no staws in my bag (which is their responsibility, not the delivery person's). I made a complaint after I literally wrote a special instruction to not forget the straws and the manager had the audacity to call me after watching camera footage" to tell me that they put straws in. No responsibility take for the fact that it happened twice. Needless to say the many other Chatime locations in the area are better than these guys."
