They put an ad on the van, do not use turn signals for lane change or even turning, cut in front of cars and probably think that the ad on the van will work. I was driving for some time alongside their van this morning and that was not an incident but a continuous behavior. For me that means general attitude and approach. Avoid them - they will cut corners" while doing your project for sure."

Visic replaced my old oil furnace with a new high efficiency furnace in June 2018 for a very reasonable cost, given how much work was involved.Fast forward to January 2019 - I wake up freezing - no heat?!I called in on a Sunday morning, left a message and they were here within 2 hours. Turns out it was an electrical issue and totally unrelated to any work that they did.They did not charge any fee for this visit and the follow up and good service is truly appreciated.Keep doing what you're doing! Thanks again!

They came to fix my furnace as it was making a noise and just ended up unplugging the humidifier during the winter. It was so dry so asked them to look at the humidifier. He said its an easy fix, but It took a few months to get them to fix the actual problem and when they did, they cashed my cheque and didn't fix it properly. I've called 10+ times asking them to fix the problem and they act surprised it's not workingand say they will come that day or next and never do. It's unfortunate as they are a local company I want to support.

Love these guys, Marco, Angelo et al. They get it done. Marco fixed an AC unit for me for $500, a competitor told me i needed a whole unit - $6,000!!!

We shopped around for ductless AC quotes & service and decided on Visic Bros. They did all they promised and have wonderful customer service. We would use them again and would recommend to others.

Visic installed the HVAC in a complete home renovation a few years ago. I would never use them again nor recommend them to my worst enemy.The installer could best be described as a butcher. He cut a number of weight bearing studs which had to be corrected by my framing contractor. He installed a duct that protruded into my living room area and told me to frame around it. Again, my framer corrected it.Visic also did not install a humidifier that was specified in the contract and paid for. I called many times and was promised that it would be installed at a later date. After months of fruitless followup, I gave up.

Hired Visic Bros. to install a replacement furnace and a/c. Angelo came to do the quote. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered a very competitive quote on the spot, providing brochures about the products and which ones he recommended for my home, and why. After selecting Visic Bros as my contractor, system was installed in less than a week, and is working great. Install team was professional, efficient, and left the area very clean after the work was completed. Overall a pleasure to deal with this company.

Stay away from this company. I called them about my humidifier that had overflowed. Marco installed a regulator, which he said would solve the issue. I paid him $300 for 90 minutes of work". Three weeks later

Called and made an appointment for a furnace check up. Technician was on time, alerted me to problems with the furnace and showed them to me. Gave me options and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. Decided the best way to go was to replace the furnace. Got a quote within 2 hours and the price was spot on. Asked about upgrades to the one suggested, and they told me it wouldn't be worth it for our setup. The new furnace has just been installed less than 24 hours since the first technician came in.What more could you ask for? Honest, well priced, timely, friendly and professional.Highly, highly recommended
