The worst store for customer service . From the Manager to online customer support and the district manager . I am not sure what kind of drugs they are on . They have no idea about customer service or being professional or just about anything . First, one of their agent name Amber stated emailing me on behalf of CCM and said she is sorry for the delayed response she can help me . Never asked me where I bought the hockey stick from . Asking same question without reading a full email I was sending her told me to go return at sports check at lougheed sports check .The manager there was worst she wasted my time when I already picked the stick made the adustments she said oh I am sorry we cannot help you since you bought the stick from other store . And offer me discount . The stick was $79.99 she said after discount it will be $80.50. Are you kidding me ?I bet even the manager of the store didn’t even bother to ask ,where I bought it from and this Brainless person. Amber who is claiming to be emailing me on behalf of CCM has no clue .I am not sure who is hiring these unqualified unprofessional people. They need to look at their HR Department .Since the people they are hiring is waisting other people’s time . Hassling and confusing them .I have nothing nice to say about the whole confused sports check department.

I would recommend going to a different Sportchek if possible. Went to this store and waited 20 minutes for someone to show up, and once somebody came, it took a (much longer than usual) while for the employee to bring back the requested product. It was a Sunday but the store was not very busy. Also unhelpful over the phone so I had to come to the store just to verify. Also wanted to buy ski goggles but everything was opened and all over the place

Terrible experience!! Employees have literally zero knowledge about the existence of products in their own shop. I spoke to atleast 3-4 of them asking where is the particular product and no one has any idea about it and I had to leave without being helped. Especially the guy who was at the service centre with red t shirt was super arrogant and just told me you can find it somewhere at the front.

The store messed up on returning all of my money. Took an hour for them to figure it out. The manager made a point to call me a liar. She was sighing, side eyeing and whining the entire time during the return. The unprofessionalism was insane.

Took them over 30 minutes of me being on hold to check if they had an item in stock. I rarely see 1 person there and called early during a weekday.

Extremely short of staff. Waited for more than 10 mins for just picking up the bikes for repair. There was only one staff at the service shop and was happily chatting" with the customer in front of us. We waited in the line for 10 mins and nobody asked what we needed. Another time I sent skates for sharpening

This sport chek has gone extremely downhill in the past year. I came to pickup and order and it took them 15 minutes to finally come and talk to me, telling me they didn’t have the order. Then the employee went to grab another coworker might’ve been a manger (not sure) and they said they would double check and I waited for about 10 minutes and they never came back. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This location has a lot of merchandise and it's hard to navigate and find things. It's not a very busy location. It also looks really run down.It's extremely under staffed on weekends. There's usually about a handful of staff on the few Saturdays I've been. Long line ups to pay and hard to find help or get a fitting room due to the lack of staff. No one seems to know where things are. And there isn't someone assigned to an area of the store.Not sure if the staff has been properly trained. At the cash register, I asked if the top that's on clearance was final sale, the cashier said I don't know" and proceeded with the transaction."

I tried to call this location and the phone is busy for over an hour. I asked for the estimate for time frame of ski service. The clerk does not want to give me a time and just said it depends. After repeated asking. The clerk said it is a week. I have called the other locations and the clerk gives me a better more informed estimate.

Tried buying a pair of shoes but nobody would help me with a size.All the staff would just try and find another staff member, they kept saying not my job or
