Really quiet sales rep. Didnt have any knowledge of what he was selling. Didnt know what Uwell was even though the google description by the store says they sell Uwell.I asked for a recommendation for a good tank as i was looking to get a new one, and the only thing he could say was this tank has max capacity". One of the least helpful vapestores ive been to and ive been to alot.Really disappointed as it got very awkward after i asked him if he had a juice that was dessert flavoured and he told me he had twelve monkeys and lemon drop (his go to sales im sure

The guy here is awesome he also owns hasty market right beside I believe, I came at like 8:30am and he opened the store for me and they don’t even open till 10, this guy is a real one! 10/10 times I would come here if I lived closer also has a great selection

Buddy showed me this shop last night. I'm from muskoka so the shops around me aren't great. But I know whenever I'm in barrie this is the place to go. Great verity and amazing customer service!

Absolutely astounded at the lack of quality in staff and products. I’ve purchased 2 vapes Both were defective after 20 puffs rpm 80 and IPX 80 (these two cakes were purchased a day before they broke) brought in and was told to call smok themselves as they don’t have a return policy and don’t stand behind the products they’re selling. Absolutely disappointed I wouldn’t recommend visiting this vape store at all. Take the extra 10 minute drive and go to jays vape on hurst drive. Atleast they stand behind the product.

I would suggest the shopkeepers at least leave a note when out of the store - it was quite embarrassing repeatedly trying to open a locked door and recheck the hours of operation as two men watched me from their cars. The only reason I was even able to make a purchase was because one of those men yelled after me as I was leaving, saying that the shopkeeper was at the hasty market and on his way back. Further, the website is not representative of actual products. Not a great experience after already walking 40 minutes to get to the store.
