TUI Holiday Store

A big thank you to Lewis for taking the time to find me a last minute holiday. He was amazing and really went out of his way to work through the various options to find the holiday that suited us. Very professional, efficient and friendly service. Will definitely be returning to book our next holiday with him!

We have just booked our honeymoon to Bali with Nicki at TUI. We are absolutely over the moon! Everything from beginning to end was amazing- Nicki listened to us, was attentive, caring and kind. We have spent over 3 hours in the store today looking at different locations, flights and accommodations- not once did we feel rushed by Nicki or pressured to make a decision.We came in not even knowing where we wanted to go for our honeymoon, and we’ve left with the holiday of our dreams!Thank you Nicki for making our experience 10/10!

Further to the response below. It shows that again no responsibility has been taken. At no stage was I abusive. Other than calling them incompetent, which they clearly are. Also isn't it convenient to ask me to talk to them without actually telling me who to talk to! TUI you need to talk to me and to find a way to resolve this issue of you refunding me the deposit because of your breach of contract.THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS WHO DON'T ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES. STAY AWAY FROM WOKING TUI AGENTS. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only were they not able to find my booking. They never followed up after I left their store in Woking being very disappointed that my summer vacation was not going to happen. I proceeded to book myself on British Airways holidays. And when I had the audacity to call them and ask for my deposit to be refunded for what was their incompetent handling of my vacation they just quoted procedure and that they categorically would not refund the deposit.I tried to find out how to escalate the matter and after being rudely directed to their website complaint form they hung up on me. The TUI website has the complaint form hidden and you need to actually perform a search to find it. Once you get it you can complain about flight delays, airline food and other things but nowhere can you complain about incompetent staff and issues with their booking.THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS WHO DON'T ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES.

I booked my holiday with TUI online but paid in cash in this store, unfortunately I had to cancel and was told that I had to go back to the store to get my refund, when I went there I was told that they didn't have any cash to give me and that I will have to wait until other customers went into the store and paid for their holidays in cash. I was willing to to have them pay into my bank account or even give me a check but no they insisted I had to wait for the cash, the agent and her colleague just sat there smiling like two Cheshire cats as I became frustrated because I had to come from another holiday three weeks early because of their failure to give me my money back and so far I have lost over £600 because of agents in this store' incompetence.TUI has been a nightmare to deal with and I still don't know when I'll get my money back.

Lewis has been so helpful and wonderful to book holidays with! I couldn’t recommended anyone more. Will definitely be going back again.

Just booked a Marella cruise at the Tui store in Woking. Nicky and Jade were amazing. Enthusiastic and so helpful. The whole process was a lovely experience and we love being able to arrange our holiday face to face. We are really looking forward to our holiday. Thank you Tui Woking.
