Beck Taxi

Just was in Toronto and used Beck taxi 4 times over our visit. All drivers were friendly and arrived went they said they would or before. The dispatch service is great. You know your taxi number that is coming and they keep you updated by texts. Wonderful service. Thank you

Just wanted to give compliments to the awesome driver of a Beck Van who helped me yesterday. He arrived right on time, didn't balk when he saw that I needed him to transport a giant dresser (I'd noted this in the request, but was told it was up to the individual driver) and only charged me an extra $10 (the lowest 'cargo fee' which is also up to the driver to negotiate). Super helpful, professional and kind. Thanks you!!

From Mon, June 26 100am cab: The cab driver was very prompt. Friendly and supportive gentleman. Helped me navigate to the entrance of the bus depot as I was unfamiliar. Would not consider another gab company.

I needed an accessible taxi to transport my mom from the retirement home to the hospital to visit someone. I used the Beck Taxi app and ordered a taxi. It gives you the wait time and the gentleman was prompt. We only had a 6 minute wait time! The taxi held 3 people, so my husband and I sat in the seat and my mom was in the back. This is the only negative aspect, that the seating was cracked and had seen a better day. Since we only had a short trip, it was fine. Using the app was convenient and easy. I will call Beck Taxi again!

Terrible customer service and worst driver. He didn’t drop me off to my exact location and let me walk 5km away from my place because it was snowing. There were a lot of cars passing by that road. Also, I was traumatized because the driver harassed me and shouted at me. Another worst part is they wont even give a refund for the service that their driver didn’t do. Even the customer service representative shouted at me when I asked for a refund. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP AND I REGRET USING IT. DRIVER ID IS 4425481. I’M TELLING YOU GUYS NOT TO USE BECK TAXI TO SAVE YOU FROM THE TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE.

Very reliable, and pretty affordable too. A lot cheaper than Uber is what I've noticed, and they come relatively quickly. I love that no matter what time of the night it is, you get through to a real person who dispatches a taxi out to you and you don't have to wait too long. It's pretty cool that they offer a service where if your car needs a boost they can come give one to you and if you don't have cables they find a taxi that has one.

Awful! Called for a taxi. Was told 10-15 minute wait. I said that’s fine. She said we will see you soon. 22 minutes later I called for status and was told there was no order under my number. Will never call or hail a Beck taxi again!Only giving one star because you cannot leave a zero star review.

This morning I ordered a cab from beck taxi. When the cab arrived I was struggling to step over snow into get to the cab as I I was clearly struggling to make my way to the cab he parked his cab and did not have the decency to come out and lend me a hand to step over the snow. Not until I tripped and fell did he come out. Was too late i was able to struggle and make my way to the cab and open the door myself. His excuse was because of Covid he could not come out and stretch his hands to help a senior lady get into the cab. Maybe if I was 2t years old he would jump to help me to the car.Generally Beck is very good but today's experience makes me want to shop around. Perhaps because he seems like he is an immigrant from one of those countries that waits for the woman to drop dead before they do something

I always have a great experience with Beck taxi . They're always on time and get me to where I'm going quick. The drivers are polite and know the streets well. I've been a long time customer and do not use any other service besides Beck taxi
