Went in to get my pants hemmed - super quick and friendly staff. Also, they are shipping my pants back to my home for no charge so I don't have to go pick them up!

Nice location in the heart of walking area.Smaller store than other locations but good selection and great staff!

I have noticed in store and GEC less responsive and more poor customer service. Especially about returns or quality guarantees. Trouble using gift cards if you receive any form of discount. Making it actually difficult to spend money and shop. Who wants to try many hoops to spend money? It should just be the way it always has been. And now android users can't access the app! This is a new policy. At least they gave advanced warning on this one, however it makes no sense when we have 2 choices iPhone or Android, why would you disregard one user over the other. It's like discrimination. I used to shop like an addict. However, since the change of not using gift cards as payment with a discount, I don't look at the ads and have shopped one for one item. I used to shop on a regular basis,but it become so difficult, I don't want to jump through hoops to give a big money making company. No one should have such difficulty making a purchase ever. Oh as long as you don't use your discount it's all good and easy. Drastic changes with no reasons given. I have had multiple conversations with work arounds however,those don't work either. When do much is only available online, going in store to minimal variety and sizes is a waist of my time. And the work arounds are a waist of my valuable time which used to be understood by Lululemon. You could easily do returns over the phone through the GEC, now they send you a form to fill out online and you take pictures. More of my time again. I don't know if it's staffing shortages or what but so much that used to be seamless and easy to do has become most difficult for the customer. Otherwise I would normally give 5 stars. I have loved the clothing since the beginning, but as it become so difficult to shop, I haven't bothered to even look at what's new. Because every order has some issue I have to sort out. Again a waist of my time. I and many community members are fustraded by the changes but everyone needs to speak up for change. A gift card is paid money and should be easily accessible to use . But once it applied to your account good luck accessing it if you receive any kind of discount. You have to take off your discount to use a gift card, which is unfair or you have to call an online assistant to make your purchase. They cannot access your online applied gift cards. So you spend time placing your order and ,boom sorry we can't access your gift cards applied online. I cannot be the only person running into this problem. And you have to apply the gift card online to pay and anything left over stays on line. They say in-store can access it however after 3 attempts no one is trained to do this. And then it's suggested I drive to in-store and have them place my on line order and apply my gift cards???? Seriously what is the point of on line shopping then??? It's unacceptable, that a company this big, making the news of record profits, is now making it so difficult to shop. And way to time consuming.

Great customer service. I had an item I needed to exchange and although it was clean it wasn’t freshly washed. The associate gave me a little grief about this at first but after I explained I lived quite far from the store the associate was super understanding land handled the return with no problem (I just had to bag the item up myself which is totally reasonable). I would love it if I didn’t have make my case and the solution they came up with was offered without hesitation, but overall very happy with my experience.
