Good sales people selling overpriced poor quality suitcases. I bought a $200 suitcase 2 weeks ago. Just came back from a 4 day trip to Las Vegas, picked up my suitcase, the lock on the suitcase is all messed up and no longer works... It's sticking out of the suitcase. It's unusable.My girlfriend got a suitcase for $140 at Laco Sac (the store across from Bentley), and the suitcase is in perfect condition after the trip.

Nice selection of luggage. The only thing that annoyed me was that the sales lady was helpful but when I decided to buy one suitcase she tried to get me buy a bigger one... and ended up trying to upsell me a bunch of things, with poor upselling skills... kept pushing me to look at luggage tags, locks, RFID sleeves, donations...etc., which was quite off-putting to be honest. When asked about tourist tax refunds, the sales lady didn't give a clear answer and told me to just find a tax refund desk at the airport. In many other countries a tourist is usually issued a tax return slip and ID must be checked by the store. The merchandise must be tightly sealed for tax return purposes too. She didn't do any of that, and later when I did the research, it looks like the tourist tax return program has already discontinued, so that means the sales lady didn't even know the latest policy. But again, luggage selection was decent and prices were good.

The store was quite smaller than other locations. They had only few items cause most of the store item’s were on sale. But they are giving pretty good deal. I have bought a backpack from them.

The famous Bently shop is located inside the Eaton mall. Inside this store, there are many products of bags for travel and personal use, as well as bags

There’s a large selection of luggage and bags in different price points. I didn’t see very many items on sale. They also have travel items, wallets, umbrellas, and some other random kick knacks. The store was well organized and clean.

Extremely busy today with all the sales going on. I was helped by Alex who seemed to be very knowledgeable on the different features between both different models and brands. He was also informative on services the store offers. I left happy with the purchase I made.

They have a nice variety of products and colour options. I had a really pleasent experience shopping there, the staff was kind and polite

They did not point out the return or exchange window was less than 30 days for a specific purchase before I paid for it. Went to exchange today and now they are pointing to a deadline they never mentioned before I paid. Sneaky, not coming back

Absolutely horrible customer service !I asked for return policy, and was told it 30 days and full refund. After I bought the items I was told its final sale! When I asked the lady why would she tell me its 30 days and full refund she tried blaming me - that I did not ask it specifically enough. She looked so displeased to talk about it and did not want to be bothered. Would not admit it was her fault not mentioning the exceptions (and I was asking with an item in hand, a good sales person would notice that and mention that this is not part of return policy).Go elsewhere. Nothing good in this store.

Don't shop in Bentley at Eaton center.Dishonest service. Dishonest sales people. Terrible service.The luggage of a well-known brand I bought in the store ended up fabric broken in the first trip.I went to the store and expected to get the warranty service as they committed.The first sales said our warranty doesn't cover fabric.The second sales said we don't cover zip but cover fabric.The third one said you must take the luggage to the store. The rest two also said so.So I sent the luggage to the store next day.The store manager, Nadya, told me: the warranty doesn't cover fabric,zip, handle,frame...in fact the warranty covers nothing except the minor flaws before you use it. Any damages occurred in traveling are NOT covered by warranty.Isn't a luggage made for traveling?!Then why on the earth the sales asked me to send the luggage to store?The store manager immediately blamed the sales girl. They started fighting in the store.Don't shop in Bentley, unless you want to enjoy sneaky sales and terrible service.
