Do not drop off or get your uhaul here..even if you're DESPERATE. Owner and his mom have absolutely ZERO customer service skill other than threatening to call the police on you for tresspassing when you dispute something in a polite tone of voice. Save yourself the hassle like we should have when we saw these reviews.

I rented a truck with u-haul today and I called the location to make sure that everything will run smoothly, one of the workers picks up he phone and askes me how long I need it for and I had already told u-haul that i needed for 24 hours. I told him I needed it for 24 hours and that I had already told u-haul that, his response is that he starts yelling at me saying not at my location you wont get it for 24 hours" I tried to talk politely but he didn't want that at the end he hung up on me. Moral of the story

By far the greatest convience store experience and customer service I've had. It made me question today's standards when handling customers. It was SHOCKINGLY good. And the people are always willing to sit down and have a person to person conversation if they arent too busy. Be it anime, high-school gossip, dungeons and dragons, WHATEVER. 10/10 would reccomens. May consider moving so I can treasure the joy of renting a uhaul from them.

I didn't feel comfortable at this location like before. He refused to speak our language. He refused to answer a simple question that these trucks not for him when I asked him. He offered me to cancel when I asked if these trucks belonged to him or the company saying, This is not your business !!". When I returned the truck

I rented a truck from them for my moving and was happy with everything. Except I knew that I was going to be 15 minutes late. I called them and asked if it was okay. They were, however when I returned the vehicle they charged me for two days! not a good way to keep a good customer I think

There is something very wrong with the uhaul service at this location. Got gouged for a gas fee of $14 when the tank was over the fill line upon return and the dude was instantly defensive and rude. How do you fill a full tank? As a former commercial driver, i know you shouldn't overfill gas tanks in any case (though i did that with a former uhaul rental once but assumed the next renters got a gas bonus which was fine with me). Do not rent trucks from this location!

the person didn't know how to use the website, it took over and hour for the person to call someone else to help her. In that hour she was helping other people in the store which at first I was ok with but after an hour of waiting you have to do something about it. I asked them I needed to leave already which the lady called this old guy, once the other person came, he didn't apologize for wasting my time for over an hour. they actually blamed it on me, saying I have to learn how to do it myself and that was my job to book it on my phone and not theirs. super rude people! NEVER GOING BACK AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!

Please listen to the 1 star reviews. Worst place ever and terrible customer service. Had a U-haul booked at 7:30pm and this bald old man behind the counter was absolutely disrespectful telling me what I booked was different from renting... huh? This wasn't my first time reserving a U-haul and I have always been using the app to book and pick up my trucks. I don't know what the hell he was saying, but I ended up leaving since he wanted me to pay extra and went to another U-haul location that was much nicer, with good customer service who know what they're doing.

This is probably one of the worst places ever. I had a booking for UHaul for 8 PM. I walked in and the an older man behind the cash told me he can not give me the truck and that he does not do U Haul after 7 and I should deal with. He did not want to listen, he did not want to help, he asked me to go away and started talking on the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service, irresponsible, rude and inappropriate. I would suggest to never buy from this shop if this is how they treat customers.
