Dr. Tom hates patients. He shouldn’t be in this profession. He could be a politician. He is only interested in the money he gets and not patient’s well-being. I don’t know how he’s still practicing after all those reviews.

Worst clinic!! fiancée appointment was made for 1pm. Makes her wait 45 minutes then sit in a room for over 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. Number of patients walking in because the receptionists won’t answer the phone to take calls. Even when people are trying to make appointments with their family doctors….In total had to spend an hour and forty minutes in such a miss managed place when the doctor visit was under 10 minutes.

0 STARS… if I could I would .. absolutely disgusting serviceRude staffHad an appointment door was locked have been calling to rebook no one answers when they do you get hung up on frequently not impressed at all .Told me I had an appointment I show up the door is locked I call can’t get in I try to reschedule they tell me I owe 45 dollars because the door was locked and the girl on the phone AS RUDE as can beTells me I’m lieing they don’t lock the door they keep it open they cannot close the door etc like my and my wife standing outside knocking is lieing right ??When infact I have been there multiple times in 6 months and the door is locked !They do anything and everything to be the biggest and most unhelpful people consistently being the worst clinic I have ever went too .. they don’t follow up they don’t send reminder emails or texts they don’t answer the phone they don’t level with any patients they are just the worst at their job hense why they work there and not anywhere else and NOONE is training them properly they mix and mess up more times then anyone when sending documents it’s absolutely atrocious !WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE !

The receptionist who called to leave a message for the appointment was very rude and disrespectful, she could not speak any English properly and ended up hanging up the phone without finishing the conversation.Patients will tolerate this lady for how long, and what for the clinic created the Google review if the management are not even paying attention to the complaints?

If there was a ZERO (0) star option, I would select that. The front desk lady is rude, and acts as if the patients are all stupid when they're just asking a question. The doctors are maybe okay, but the hassle of going through all the bureaucratic red tape is enough to turn people away. I asked to book an appointment with Dr. Vinnitsky and was told that I have to call at 8:30 am the following day. 8:30am comes and the lines are busy, citing a system malfunction". I continually check to see if the lines are back up and finally

The Filipino receptionist (who refuses to give her name when asked ) is consistently rude confrontational every time , denied my five month old care shes stressful dramatic and it’s traumatizing and so much un needed and unwanted stress every time I call to book an appointment or walk in as I travel from Vancouver to see my doctor. language barrier and customer service whatever it is for excuse of poor manners she needs to be retrained because that’s unacceptable how are people working in the medical field with no compassion rude hung up on me five times left on hold on purpose cut off in the middle of talking..??I’m in an airport why am I calling back five times to make an appointment for my 5month child ? Why is it ok for her to hang up ? I wasn’t rude or mad untill the 3rd hang up when I asked for her name and a supervisor she told me she don’t need to give her name and my child won’t get an appointment or care??!!! WTFFFF …. I finally had a CLEAR ENGLISH speaking woman who claimed she was the manager of the office this is not the first time the second we walked in the office she started screaming around about not wearing masks and threatening to charge for them next time (no one told me masks were mandatory when I called and booked the appointment but that’s besides the point it’s the way she handles and addresses the situation) just very poor / unacceptable RUDE for no reasonDr. Vinnitskiy is a remarkable doctor who’s helped me and my kids since birth I don’t know why his front of the house team the face of their office chooses to treat and neglect KIDS AND FAMILY OF HEALTHCARE how do you get away with treating people like this??i’m starting to believe it’s racially profiled at that office towards native people or drug users the response they give people the moment they arrive is negative..or just native people and addicts don’t get the same respect as the other class people ??and lack of compassion and communication is ridiculous she needs to be retrained or fired or pick a new profession that’s scary how these people can answer the phones hang up and DENY You from making an appointment just hang up or throw me on hold like I’ll go away after I say I’m out of province in an airport cannot hear her English clear and shes the one that’s mad ???… make it make sense NO RESPECT OR Compassion sick

What is wrong with the receptionist? Waited on the phone for over an hour when it said there was only one more call and 12 secs on wait. When she finally answered I asked to booked an appointment with my family doctor. Then she started screaming said they do not book appointments, I tried to explain and she just kept screaming while I kept telling her I have a family doctor. When I asked why she was yelling at me? She then hung up on me. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL.

The receptionist is so rude every time and no manners how to talk to patients. I am seeing lots of bad google reviews for her behaviour and still she is working here. She did mistakes during registration and blame you for that and yell at you for her own mistake. She did this twice with me . It was really embarrassing moment for me when she yelled at me in front of fellow patients. She should be warned or punished for her bad behaviour. I don’t think she is qualified for this job. She needs a customer care training

This is the most disappointing medical clinic EVER!! To see these google reviews are completely surprising however, probably fake! I will admit once receiving what I need fr dr vinninski such as prescription fills etc.. I am happy and that’s bc the doctor fills my prescription for 1 year at a time which means I don’t need to come back every month..however.. after trying to find a new GP I was unsuccessful and left to deal with him. Last year I was pregnant and was going thro an abusive relationship. I could hardly get support and or get thro the clinic lines to see my doctor. Not only could I not get through without calling multiple times and staying online for many minutes at a time but if I wanted to really see him, I’d have to show up at 630am to line up for the office to open at 8am then stand in line for 1 hour plus to get my time slot which would later be in the day 4 hours or whatever later. Then once receiving my time slot I’d still have to wait a few mins outside the door before being called in for my appointment which then I’d continue to wait inside for another 30-40 mins in the waiting room till they finally call my name then wait another 10 mins in the patient room for the doctor to come in. This is a WHOLE DAY process in which I didnt and probably most ppl don’t have time for!!! The fact that I was pregnant and having to stand in the rain, cold or wind with a bunch of sick as well as ELDERLY ppl appals me! Think about if I had my child with me.. waiting outside all day.. and along w everyone else…standing.. nowhere to pee.. no awning to cover the patients outside fr snow or rain..Perhaps it’s not the doctors fault we are not looking elsewhere, and perhaps there may be a shortage of doctors.. however this is a problem!! And if doctors are filling up their schedule to see a patient for 5 mins after jumping through hoops.. of course I’m going to have an opinion..so to conclude, this is a horrible medical office that is way too busy to give u the time of day to even care for their patients..bad very bad service!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Dr. Vinnitsky and would not recommend him as a healthcare provider. Unfortunately, there is no option for a negative rating, but if there were, that's what I would give him.Dr. Vinnitsky seems to lack basic communication skills and empathy for his patients. He always seems to be in a rush and doesn't take the time to listen to his patients' concerns. When my bad cholesterol levels were high, he didn't even notice at first. When I brought it up to him, he dismissed it as nothing to worry about.On another occasion, I went to him for a minor foot surgery, but he refused to perform it and recommended a podiatrist surgeon who was not covered by my insurance. He even asked me to pay $300 upfront, in addition to the surgery fee. I ended up getting the surgery done at a different clinic, which noted in my file that Dr. Vinnitsky had refused to perform the procedure.Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Vinnitsky as a doctor. Save yourself the trouble and find someone who takes their patients' health seriously and has better communication skills.
