My experience has been wonderful. Barmare, Firdous, is my contact with Aerotek, and has been amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her, she is a amazing asset, in regards to obviously getting me a contract, but also her understanding, easy to speak with, and following up with me and making sure things are going well. I cannot say enough. 5 Stars!

Nicole and Casey came through for me by securing job with a good firm for me, and they have continued to support me to ensure I succeed on the job. On my first day on the job, Nicole and Casey met with me and went beyond the call of duty to get me to the company's premises and they also managed my introduction to the team at the company. I can always count on prompt response to any inquiry I make at Aerotek because Nicole and/or Casey will always get back to me with the information I seek. The professionalism, tact and friendliness with which these Aerotek staff conduct their business is so heart-warming that I would recommend Aerotek to any job seeker out there. Had an ex employee ask me if they could use me as a reference for this place. They were looking to get a job through Aerotek. Received a phone call from a random cell phone number. It was one of their staff cold calling me to ask if I needed their services. Person on the phone told me she got my number from Sandra.Is this really your business model? They wanted to know all about what I do and how much the company made, and how Aerotek could help me with my staffing. Lots of pushy questions that had nothing to do with my being a reference for my ex employee. I also haven't received a call from them asking about the former employee.Shady, shady business practices. Do you really think this is okay?And if there is any doubt about the validity of this post, I'm happy to post the person's cell phone number for verification.

The people at Aerotek have been fantastic. From initial contact to first day at a new job was a month. Unbelievable! My recruiter, Taylor Leemans has been great throughout, constantly supportive and constantly in touch to make sure everything was always moving forward.

After doing a few interviews and meetings with them they said they have an interview being setup for me in 4 days, about a week after hearing nothing back I asked them for an update and they apologized and said they had a meeting that day to setup the interviews and they'll get right back to me later that day, they never got back to me, this was a month ago since they ghosted me twice.
