Professional staff and an amazing Doctor.Difficult to get them on phone nowadays due to the super busy season of Fall-Winter 2022.Just show some patience understanding the current shortage of Doctors throughout Ontario and you will be guaranteed a quality treatment.

Waited over an hour despite arriving early. They're charging $300 for missed appointments, which is fine, but then scheduled appointments should be on time. ECG was done by a lady who has questionable bedside manner. Where's your masks?" We weren't given any so I have no idea. I have no issue with masks but reception never gave us any. "You don't have masks at home?" I don't see how that is relevant. You have to offer them to people who don't have one or forget. Doctors didn't know his history so had to argue about bloodwork. Sent us with a heart monitor to wear for a week. We had it mailed back with required signature for delivery (thank goodness). The clinic told us they didn't get it. We sent the signed delivery confirmation and suddenly they "found it". Had an appointment already booked for a few days later despite the fact that it takes two weeks to get the data. On the call the doctor was nice but had no clue what we were talking about because it was a different doctor and they couldn't find the device so there was confusion about the purpose of the appointment. Luckily the other doctor walked in midway through and said they hadn't even sent the device away yet.No issue with the doctors or staff

Wonderful service from Dr. Khan and the NP team to behind the scenes and front of office staff. Always willing to assist in every way and ensure your needs are addressed at each visit. High level of expertise has you feeling greatful and comfortable at each encounter. As a first time mom and nurse I'm always left feeling heard and satisfied. understanding I takes a village, this powerhouse office has become my village!Thank you

Avoid this place at all costs - First of all, you will never see the doctor again after the first visit - she is too busy to get a hold of and each time you will have care from a different person but will not tell you upfront. Someone who does not know you or your child.The receptionist is not organized, she does not relay questions to the doctor or call you back with answers. She doesn’t even let you ask the doctor a question in the office. They have two phone lines… not sure why? They don’t respond after hours, and will never assign a time for the doctor to call you just a day - and you’ll be lucky if she calls and not someone else. No respect for your time.Dr. Khan is not personable at all.. She doesn’t take time to talk to you and will actually stand at the door to talk to you like you’re not important. Literally the staff will rush you out the door to leave.They overlook important info and not even remember your child is their patient. Everything from why you’re in there to the measurements they take are off. Truly they run a walk in clinic - NOT a place for your child to have their family doctor. While Dr. Seems extremely smart, definitely shouldn’t be running both on top of the cardiology for the sake of patient care.Good luck.

Ill start by saying Dr. khan is amazing, very knowledgeable & compassionate and takes her time to help.The rest of the staff are not great, I've never waited less than an hour after my appointment to get in, they do not answer the phone or call you back. It is almost always chaotic with many people waiting and lots of disorganization. The nurse practitioner or assistant has googled some of my questions right in front of me. Getting an appointment is easy if you are willing to wait hours, not a fun task with a sick child. I have experienced this more than 5 times.

Great experience with the staff and doctor, they helped my son quicker than any other. Met my sons needs and we’re very informative. This is my go to doctor from now on

Dr. Rubeena Khan is an awesome Pediatrician who I can trust and get an appointment and opinion at any time. She really takes time to acknowledge her patients and adheres to bc patients needs. Thank you so much doctor and staff.

The scheduling for this clinic is terrible. Not seen for 1-2hrs after arrival every time we go. They also reschedule appointments last minute. There is no where to wait in office (6 chairs for dozens of patients waiting).

Dr. Khan is a stellar physician and more specifically, paediatrician. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and is terrific with patients and their families. She diligently takes as much time as is necessary to truly dig deep and work at solving the issue(s) that a patient presents with.The other physicians I have interacted with are also very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m not sure if they are residents, but they are also fantastic and brilliant people!The office staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and demonstrate a very high level of competence. This is comforting knowing that they have the backs of Dr. Khan and the other physicians and NPs. They get things done!Thank you Dr. Khan and team! You are all consummate professionals and my family and I are truly grateful for your care!

So blessed to have found Dr. Khan. She is a wonderful paediatrician who has your child’s best interest at heart. She does her due diligence and hears you out. The staff here are incredible and very friendly. Highly recommend.
