Great experience! The Ford dealership told me to go see them and I'm very glad we did. The only complaint I had was the free loner car they gave me was a bit dirty on the outside. But friendly staff and they took the time to explain how the windshield is a structural piece of the vehicle and how the air bags depend on a proper installed windshield to deploy properly. Very knowledgeable and professional.

They get you in super quick I got in the next day and cheapest price I found in town and I called every place listed on Google but I would of gave 5 stars but my suv had glass all over seat and floor and cup holder And dash I didn't expect it to be spotless as I knew I'd have to vacuum it but I also didn't expect to get in and watch where I sat and touched cause so much glass chunks and you can see the silicone seal stuff wasn't smoothed at all its all big lumps hanging over the plastic and before they changed it it wasn't visible. But it was done fast which I appreciate but just wish it was smoothed out as I asked a few other places prior to assuming and they said yes it should be smoothed out and not visible lumps of it here and there and that it should not of been visible just like the window they replaced the seal stuff in that one wasn't visible and the windshield they replaced wasn't shattered it had only a small thin cracked line across bottom. So other then mess of glass everywhere and huge lumps of silicone seal stuff it was fast friendly service from the 2 gentleman at front and cheapest in town.

Went to them because my window was in stock and was cheaper… maybe cheaper wasn’t better. Got my car back filthy, missing window valence pieces.. and even though they said they use plastic tools my car was missing paint on each fender and you could see the scrape marks on the valence.

The customer service here was great as they came to pick up my vehicle as i was weary about driving it with a damaged windshield.However, i was exceptionally disappointed to find glass all over the floor, in the console and in the seats. Maybe this is an additional service i was supposed to ask for???

Honest pricing and friendly service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Tbay.

Glass everywhere even after being in three times had to clean it myself, left huge scratches and gouges on the dash and upholstery, took two weeks to fix. Cost more than it was worth.

So...had to take the truck for a new windshield. Went to Go Glass" on central ($250). Thought we'd wander around for a couple hours but the threat of rain we weren't sure. Then Go Glass says for $5 extra we could rent one of their little "meep meep" cars. We had such a good day
