Richard came over this morning to clean chairs. 6 of the chairs were light in clour and had stains on them for years. He cleaned one and suggested that it was not worth trying to clean the rest as the stains were permanent and would never be removed. He honestly told us this in advance and did not charge us a cent! My wife and I could not believe in this day and age that he would not charge us and was tolally upfront. We will always recommend Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning to anyone and look forward to using their varied services.

Had my carpet cleaned today and they did a great job. Carpet had some tough stains that they were able to remove and now looks fresh, clean and smells good. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

After having the off-white carpets cleaned so well a couple of years ago, we called them back this season to freshen the carpets up again. The staff from booking to cleaning were all friendly and efficient. Richard was very professional in handling the furniture, and patient with a couple of stubborn spots that he was able to get out. With very reasonable prices, the service and quality of cleaning were exceptional once again.
