Great service and when they did not have what I was looking for, they called the other stores and located the filters I needs! Super pleased.

Very friendly staff, my dog is not used to going into pet-stores and is a little nervous. They did very well with him and he was as stress free as possible! The u-wash is set up perfectly highly recommended!

Really poor experience. Ordered food online, indicated that my friend was going to pick it up. The manager refused to release the order. She started asking for personal information that was not needed, and then proceeded to share personal loudly and was not discrete. When I called to inquire what was going on Jessica decided to give me attitude and again mom discreetly sharing personal information. She refused to take accountability. Then she blamed me for not being patient with people that are learning. I called head office and was assured that the district manager would call me, and it's now day 5 since the incident and still no call. Apparently your personal information is not safe with Pet Value.To the responder ...your district manager has had my phone number since I called on Saturday. They still haven't bothered to get a hold of me.....another fine example that our concerns mean nothing

New pet owner. I go to this store because the staff is fantastic! I’ve dealt with a different staff member over my last three visits and my experience was always the same. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help answer any questions I’ve had. Selection of items is great too.

Great staff and very friendly. Every time I go there they are very helpful. I have purchased several items from the store and they are always great quality and reasonably priced. I appreciate the effort and time the staff takes to interact and play with my young dog. It helps him build his confidence. Highly recommend dropping in and having a look around.
