Yeesh. Seems like every single person getting involved with real estate nowadays are bottom of the barrel and just looking for an easy buck. Left us completely high and dry with the legal mumbo jumbo that was required for the condo corp associated with our property. I don't know exactly what is needed from that end. That's why lawyers exist. The lawyers representing the condo corp had to chase us down because we were completely unaware of what was (actually, wasn't" would be the more appropriate word to use here) going on in the background and now we are left to complete this ourselves. We had legal action threatened on us because of missing the deadline for the condo corp as a result of this.Run. And if you end up dealing with Jen
