Food was stale and dry. I asked for a 2nd plastic bag because the cashier ripped mine while putting my takeout in the bag, my fork almost fell out of the ripped part onto the counter. They tied my bag tighter and handed back to me saying no". I mentioned that the bag ripped and they said "no" again. Absolutely no customer service at all."

Awful customer service! Server keeps on snapping at me even with my most courteous demeanor towards her. Businesses like this who don't treat their customers right don't deserve to thrive. Sizzling Wok should be the first to go out of business when the town centre is bought out. Good riddance!!!

There was a lady of Asian nationalality and she just cut in line in front of me and the owner clearly knew her and I said ma’am I’m in line and she said something in another language to the server and laughed and I felt super offended, like I feel like I’m not racist maybe everyone Including me to s but this was offensive and I was pissd and the chow me in noodles were disgusting

Simply the very worst food ever.The owners are wonderful!Friendly.The good is awful.I've eaten here a few times over the years.This past week will be my last.The food tasted old and reheated.Other pieces were as hard as wood.Other pieces had no meat at all inside.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my entire life. Wished I read these reviews first - something seemed off the second I ordered and I was right. The deep Fried options were Old, reheated and super chewy. Noodles were flavourless. Just absolutely disgusting all around.

First time went to this location. Serving lady was rude like she is selling it for free. Food was old, reheated and hard to chew. I wish I had read the reviews before buying food here.

The kids and I were all craving a certain chicken dish they serve up here and I had a few friends over who were hungry. So, I went in... and grimaced because it was a bit later and the serving trays were kind of depleted. Let's be real, they can't keep loading up the trays when it's slow only to throw away food or have to try and re-heat it later. This stuff is generally only best when it's hot and right out of the kitchen. So when I mentioned I was hoping to order more than what was there, the owner lady said Tell me what you want and I will make it for you fresh!" I was very impressed with that. And

Apparently when you are choosing items for your combo you are not allowed to choose more then one of the meat items. First time anyone has told me this. Not sure if it’s this specific location. But a bit too controlling for me. After she told me these “rules” I told her I would pass and she grudgingly dumped the noodles back in with the other noodles and proceeded to mumble something snarky.Will not be going back.If I could choose zero stars I would.
