Grichi - Original PERI PERI Chicken

The customer service was great. The man behind the counter was polite and helpful. Great smile too!It was a little hard to find the restaurant, but it was a calm place to eat. The food was so good, I'm definitely coming back!I got the Shawarma in a bowl, and it was the best shawarma I've ever had. The chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly!They also have a fountain pop machine and bottles of Jarritos.

I ate lunch there for the first time this week with a friend, and I was so impressed that I brought my wife with me 2 days later! This food is SO good! And what a pleasant change from the usual lunch places. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking to try something new. We ordered the Illegal Potatoes bowl (I had that one both times), but really the choices all look good and I will try a different one next time. Highly recommend! And lots of free parking so no need to worry about that, like when you go downtown. Try it!!

Nice small and halal place to eat. Rare find in Halifax. We were looking something different than pizzas, shawarmas and came across this place. Everything that we ordered was tasty. Courteous and respectful staff. They also mentioned about Charger Burger and Turbo chicken that also serves halal food. Highly recommended

Excellent place to try Shawarma and Baklavas in Halifax. The chicken was very fresh and tender with some sauce on it. The baklava was melting in mouth, it had so much of nuts and ghee. You can’t settle down with just 2 pieces. Cashew Baklava was my ❤️ favourite. I forgot to mention about their Garlic potatoes which was so smooth and soft. Couldn’t find any traces after it melted down. It’s affordable and the service was so good. Must visit place, will come often.

Wow! Delicious , fresh, and flavourful healthy food. Will definitely be back. Illegal potatoes is what i ordered and it was top notch. Large portion too. Oh and i should add...BEST BAKLAVA IVE EVER HAD!

The owner and the staff is so nice and sweet!!!They carry many types of bowls and their rice is nicely cooked the price is also affordable as well as the quantity is good.. Totally recommend this place!They gave us extra rice (complimentary) and the Baklava was worth a try! Loved it :)

The Very Peri bowl is the best. The service is friendly and quick. They always accomodate my requests.
