Horrible customer service. Couldn't even get my lawn cut. Cathy, the office manager, kept saying they would come but they never did. She only responds in 1 sentence emails and has never apologized. You would think a bigger company would employ some good customer service.. that will be the end of this company.

Couldn’t tellYou about the actual workmanship because it has now taken 3 weeks to get a quote and I’ve left 2 messages and an email but no one calls back. If this is the service quality before even getting the job I’m concerned to think what the actual quality of the work will be !We asked for a quote for spring clean up. First no one called and then someone called to give us a weekly cutting quote which is not what we asked for. After 2 weeks they said someone was coming to look. Laith left his card but we heard nothing else despite being told a quote would be sent. Called the number provided and were told Laith was there Saturday ( he was actually there Friday) he was to call us back as soon as he got to the office but 5 days later no one called. They emailed a quote but very general and I wanted clarification it’s now been 4 days and no return call or email!

Horrible service and unreliable. My husband has to repeatedly remind them to remove snow from our driveway and stairs. The owner always has an excuse. If I could give a zero, I would!

I hired this company in Vaughan to do Spring cleanup in my garden, put down some mulch, and overseed my lawn. I requested a quote by telephone, and was told that the local guy would be in touch. He showed up unannounced on Good Friday (April 14th) and rang my doorbell. I was home anyway, so walked the property with him.I explained what I wanted: the edges of the garden to be cleanly cut, for the garden to be thoroughly weeded, a couple of holly bushes to be transplanted, a thick layer of mulch to be put down, and for the grass to be cut and then overseeded. I was told that was part of the Spring Cleanup" but that mulch and overseeding would be extra. I would get a quote.The quote was a bit difficult to decipher

I needed a gardener to take care of our lawn last year and they were great! They showed up on time, were professional and my yard looked great. I've recommended them to many of my friends. I will definitely use them again! :)

They re-did our entire backyard and some of the front. they did an amazing job, loved them, recommend them to ANYONE AND EVERYONE.Thank you Laith. you are beyond sweet and amazing.
