I am very happy with my roof that Toitures O Sec installed. They took their time and I felt that they were nice and very professional. I really appreciated the visit that Marc did to my house before the work started to make sure of everything that had to be done. The team took care to remove my plants, BBQ and other things that were in the way or that could get damaged, and they put everything back almost exactly where it was before. It was cleaned up pretty well too when they left. I liked the way that they worked. I noticed roofers that my neighbors hired and they were yelling, swearing, and playing very loud music. Doesn't mean that those other companies were poor roofers, but it appeared unprofessional to me. Marc's team did not do those things and I liked that a lot - respectful, and very professional. They've already come back to adjust a few things for me and did it quickly without making me wait. I feel that if ever I have questions or concerns - no matter when - I can call Marc and he will answer me and help me. For such a big investment, that means a lot. Service très professionnel. Marc est très honnête et transparent. Il nous a été recommandé initialement par CAA et en effet, il vaut la peine d'être référé et recommandé.Nous avons fait plusieurs soumissions et Marc était le seul à discuter du prix de playwood en expliquant qu'il sera déterminé lors de l'installation en fonction du prix du marché sur le moment. Lors de la signature du contrat, le prix de playwood à l'unité était de 61$ et au moment de l' installation, Marc nous a avertit que le prix a baissé à 41$ et il a calculé le montant final de la facture en fonction de cela. En plus, Le travail était rapide et bien fait ainsi que le nettoyage après. Un grand merci Marc pour votre professionnalisme et surtout honnêteté et transparence. À recommander fortement..

J'ai engagé Toitures O Sec pour faire les travaux de ré-installation complète de tuiles de bardeaux et ventilation sur mon toit et je suis extrêmement satisfait du tout. Ils ont dépanné dans une des pires situation, et en plus on découvert quelques petit problèmes de concept original de la construction ancienne, qu'ils ont rectifiés et depuis notre isolation et ventilation dans le grenier est beaucoup mieux. Excellente équipe respectueuse et consciencieuse avant et après les travaux pour le nettoyage du terrain aussi. Merci! C'était la plus basses soumission, mais j'ai choisi quand même par ce qu'ils étaient plus organisés, plus rapide pour réponse et m'ont donnés l'impression d'être beaucoup plus sérieux que les autres soumissionnaires.

Marc and his team did a great job re-doing my roof in 2009. It is still in great condition. However, with the very strong gusts we experienced recently, one shingle was damaged. I called Marc and sent him some pictures, and he provided me with a step by step procedure to repair and seal the damaged area. After performing the repair, I sent him some pictures and he gave me the thumbs up, and joked that he was ready to hire me. Friendly, patient and courteous service over the phone, which saved me a house call. They will definitely get my call when the time comes to redo the roof.
