Giving 2 stars because was good when i went to pick up parts. 1 star cause don't make a mistake if you took wrong part, you will NOT get your money back, they will just you a Gift Card. Horrible way to finish fixing my car. Have to spend more money to get parts somewhere else.

Was my first time there a couple weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised with how great the experience has been.All the staff there was super helpful and ready to help.I was lucky enough to find the part I was looking for, almost like new and a pretty awesome one as well for a ridiculous fraction of the cost, way above my expectations.Keep in mind this is a scrap yard so don't expect the staff to do the hard work on your behalf, you have to look at dozens if not hundreds of scraps and get your hands dirty, but it really pays off if you put on the time and the work.

So I would actually rate higher but there's only 5 stars. The lady who answered the phone was named Maria, and frankly she deserves a raise. She was helpful, enjoyable to speak with, knowledgeable and all around cordial. ANY business who has people like Maria representing their company is going to do well. Thanks again!

Today they have problem with their system tell now not fixed in all Kenny pull so you have to wait in ur car till it will be fixed. I dont suggest to go today and wait during this weather

My question i asked myself after seeing the car in person is how is this car considered premium compared to the other cars I have seem at other locations. When a car is considered premium the entry fee is 5 dollars versus 3. Also the price prices for the parts you pull from this car are more expensive than a none premium vehicle. Yet in the end I am still spending less than buying brand new.

The premium and the Normal doesn't really make sense. If you go to other branches they dont have premium all same price. And you cant refund your money they give you gift card. A bit disappointed

A perfect place for do it your selfwww the prices are reasonable .My only remark about the prices i was charged 7$ more than list price on the internet and i was told the prices went up if that the case the list price should be updated it could've been 5 star if was not for that remark.

It's always sad to say goodbye to a car that served you well, but I guess a 2002 can live forever. Sold my car to Kenny, quick and easy like ripping off a band-aid. Good experience, I called them up, got a price and a towing appointment on a Saturday. Got my Cash and didn't have to do any paperwork. Very happy about that last part lol.Then I happened to see my old car at Kenny La Prairie. I was a little sad, but I guess it's like an organ donor for parts now.....and its parts will live on helping others. RIP my A4

This place is the worst Kenny U Pull I've been to. They literally charge a premium to even look at their premium" scrap cars. Then they have a separate set of "premium part" prices. To top it off they don't even mark their isles. I spent an hour looking for my Premium Audi.BTW they count garbage gm crossovers as premium as well as this."
