Massage Addict

Have been going to this place for a few years now. I love Suzzane. She is great. The front desk staff is professional and welcoming. The place is always clean and smells good.

Bad experience and will never go to this place again. Do not recommend this place to anyone.They conducted me the assessment and changed me for the same. Then booked me the appointment but canceled 20 minutes before the time when i was already on my way there. They then booked me another appointment with a different massager which is totally not towards to my symptoms. And the symptoms was already assessed during the first time assessment which they charged me for. I had to stop it in middle of the massage as it was not what I needed at all. My concern is what is the points you charged me for assessment then the treatment is not made to warding to my issue? I don’t think this is a good place to go and I should not have gone there to waste my time and money.

Very good place. Highly recommend the acupuncture physician, Heon Yong Lee. Heon is very experienced. He is dedicated and responsible for the clients. You can generally feel the improvement immediately right after he applies the acupuncture.

Great service. If you like deep tissue massage they have the right person for the job. Also had traditional chines acupuncture and it was very helpful for my shoulder issue. Would recommend the location in oakville

Terrible customer service. Receptionist is clueless and rude. She is not able to book appointments accordingly. I also left them a message last week and i had to follow up because my call was never returned. I’m sure the RMT they have are good but based off the terrible Front desk service alone i definitely wouldn’t book.

I am fairly happy with the selection of massage therapists. However, I did not have a pleasant experience with customer service at the front desk. My appointment was for 4pm. I arrived 5 minutes early, identified myself and my appointment time. It was 4:15 pm and I was still sitting in the lobby. I went to the desk and showed the CS person my email confirmation then her colleague advised me that my appointment time was changed to 4:15pm and that a voice mail was left. Fine, but why did she not tell me that when I checked-in, I gave my name and appointment time. Why would I be arriving 20 minutes before my scheduled massage. I never cancel my appointment as I abide by the 24 hour cancellation policy and always arrive on time. The lady at the desk tried to shame me that it was totally my fault as I did not check my voice-mail. Again, why did she not say anything when I arrived. The time change did not fit into my schedule so I had to leave. No apology, no acknowledgement on Massage Addict's behalf. There was no email sent to me to change the time. She was not pleasant and quite rude to me. Very disappointed.

Although my insurance covers 100% I literally just left a massage with Kevin and I amCompletely dissatisfied. It was not good. Even after requesting him have more pressure it felt like my child running my back. I do not feel relief at all. Waste of time and I’m very upset because at this time of year massages are very booked up.

I have been to many places for massage but I honestly did not like this place that much.I specifically pointed out the points I stressed needed attention on. Not only were they least spent time on but the whole massage itself was uncomfortable . And then the next day my back was aching .Will be avoiding this place for the future.

Massage itself was great.The front desk submitted to my insurance, advised it was rejected, so I paid in full. Turns out it was accepted and paid to the clinic, and they have not been willing to sort out next steps for the double payment.I’d recommend visiting literally any other location.
