ASAP Pest Control

For the first time ever, we had a pest problem with our home (racoon). It came highly recommended that we use ASAP from someone who uses them for commercial properties and were/are highly pleased with their service. Never having to engage a pest control company before this was new to us. Jamie was highly professional as was Rob and our problem was solved. The service was friendly, informative and effective. They followed-up to ensure all was well and dealt with and again, they were outstanding. If we ever require the service of a pest control company again, we will be return customers. If you are having a pest problem (residential or commercial) and want it done right, then look no further.

Candace, Jesse, Rob, & the entire team at ASAP have always been incredible. We signed up for an annual home protection plan, and it is great value - highly recommend. One very reasonable cost and they come out and keep everything pest-related absolutely amazing for the whole year. Having dealt with one-off pest removal companies before I can honestly say that ASAP has always been the most professional, responsive, flexible, and kind/happy folks of any companies I dealt with.Their online communication keeps you well informed as well, with appointment confirmations and helpful bios so you know exactly who your tech will be.

I deal with Jamie and his team at ASAP Pest control on a daily basis for large properties and always receive excellent service. My experience with ASAP wasn’t the best with the first technician but incredible with the second. The first time he came he was late, and the second time I feel like he didn’t do anything. I was dealing with bed bugs in a rental, I felt like at least some of my stuff should have been moved to try to get all the crevices or inspected but nothing was touched. He also gave me wrong information regarding after the treatment. The second person, I believe her name was Rebecca, was absolutely amazing! She listened to all my concerns and tore my place apart trying to locate the little buggars, as I couldn’t find them but was getting bit frequently. I was at my wits end, my life torn apart, living out of bags and she made me feel heard and that I could trust her to help fix my problem. I’m finally getting to put everything back and get back to my life.

ASAP Pest Control has come to my home to deal with ants, mice and a big wasp nest. I have nothing but positive things to say about Jamie. He was polite, professional and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend ASAP to all my friends and family.

I was given ASAP on a referral from a co-worker when I had mice. As a new home owner I was not very experienced with the extermination process and Jamie and his team made me feel comfortable during the process. ASAP has helped me out 2 times since and I can not be happier with the services they provide. Highly recommend

Edit to original review. My issue didn't end up being resolved and these guys went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Rob was wonderful and very good at his job. As well as being very personable. Was a great experience with this company. Would highly recommend these guys.

Four years ago I was overrun with mice when my cat died, so in desperation went on line and found ASAP. I was so impressed with their services that I have them check things out every Fall. It has definitely solved my 'mouse attacks', and in the big picture, is much more economical than paying for cat food and vet bills. The ASAP staff are efficient, friendly and personable. I recommended ASAP to my Grandson in Komoka, who had a wasp problem, and they were equally thrilled with this company.

Jamie is fantastic! I used his services in our last home and the furry problem was gone quicker than promised. When we move a couple years later we had the same furry problem and knew who to call!! Just like the first time Jamie responded quickly and saw us the next day! Our furry friends moved on quickly after his visit and we haven’t seen them since!DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
