I had Rob and his team replace some window in my office building . They were very efficient, clean and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to anyone that needed any of their type of services windows roofs, siding, gutters they do it all highly recommend them! RICHIE

Phil and his team did a good job installing 13 Harvey windows. They removed all obstacles themselves (furniture, drapes, flower boxes) and put them back after the job was done. Neat and cleaned up after themselves. Price was middle of the pack, but the brands they use were of better quality than several other companies we got quotes from. Communication with the office could have been better.

We had our roof and siding done 2 years after having our addition added to the house. Reliable did such an amazing job you would never know the work was done by two different companies 2 years apart. The house looked like one cohesive home. They gave us a fair price. The workers were courteous and professional. The roofing team and the siding team worked so hard. They started early and ended late to get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to family, friends, acquaintances and strangers. I feel that confident in their ability. My experience with Reliable was fantastic! They sent out a roofer to check out our situation who provided great insight and didn't try to sell or push anything (and in fact talked me out of an option based on his experience). The salesperson was not pushy at all, came out and took measurements, and submitted a bid for review which was lower than others received for the same job.After executing the contract, they informed me a day or two later that a dumpster would be arriving and the job would be done in the next 3-5 days. I was actually away when the work was performed, but from what I could tell they protected our plants and trees and the house very well, and cleanup was nearly spotless.The work itself is great. They replaced the roof, installed a ridge vent, and removed a failed exhaust fan (and some other vents), repairing the voids and you'd never know they were there.Professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend Reliable for roofing, and will consider them for future jobs in their other areas.

Would highly recommend Reliable Roofing, Siding & Windows. Just bought a new home and wanted the roof replaced. They were excellent to work with and the price was beyond fair. Not only did they do a great job on the roof, but did an excellent job on cleaning up the property. I will definitely use them in the future for other home improvement needs.

For a job wonderfully done at a fair and honest price, I highly recommend Reliable!I chose to go with Reliable for the replacement of 13 windows and new vinyl siding because of how kind and personable their salesman, Mike, was. Once the work began, Rob, Carol, Phil, and everyone else I worked with was awesome. I’ve never been a customer somewhere where an owner of the company shared his cell phone number for me to reach out with questions. Reliable delivered on every single promise made with no hidden pricing. When I asked for extras, the price was clearly communicated and did not change when I got the final invoice. The name of this company should be UNRELIABLE ROOFING. They met with us in our home, heard our concerns and told us to add a ridge vent and soffit vents, along with replacing damaged plywood. Less than one year after installation, the roof is bubbling, the flashing around our skylights is lifting and the ridge vent is uneven. The new roof looks worse than the old roof before we replaced it! The Town of Sharon Building Inspector failed the roof and there remains an open failed permit. The owner has been given ample time to resolve the problems and refuses to remedy the problem. Avoid this company!

We purchased windows from Reliable to replace some older ones in our house. The ordering process was very easy, and Carol worked with us to get the look that we wanted. We had some changes after placing the initial order, and there were no issues getting a revised quote. We have an older home and it required some unexpected carpentry work to frame in the opening for the replacement windows in our living room. The carpenters from Reliable did an excellent job framing and installing the new windows. They also replaced all the interior and exterior trim for all the windows. They did a great job, professional work, and it matched our existing trim. We would not hesitate to return to Reliable for any other work we might need in the future.

Reliable installed new vinyl siding, trim, and gutters. The crew that did the work was professional, efficient, and clean. Being in the construction business I had very high expectations for my first house, my expectations were met and exceeded. I bought this house knowing that it would need extensive work and the siding portion has been very pain free thanks to Reliable. Rob quoted and performed the work in a timely manner and his price was very competitive. As with any renovation project there were a couple curveballs but Rob and his crew took them in stride and had a solution for every challenge. I can't believe the amount of compliments I get on my new vinyl. I look forward to my next project with Reliable and would highly recommend them.
