Our experience with Carpentry By Carnio exceeded every expectation and we highly recommend Chris! We leased a new office space that initially needed some minor updates but once we removed the flooring discovered an unexpected nightmare. Chris went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done on time, on budget and done to perfection! He is a master of his craft with a positive attitude and amazing work ethic! We had Chris Carnio (Carpentry by Carnio) as the General Contractor for our Kitchen Renovation and Main Floor Refresh project from May- August 2018.Chris did our Kitchen demolition, made major electrical changes for the new Kitchen layout, laid new sub-floor, scraped our Kitchen ceiling to a flat finish, installed recessed pot lighting, painted, installed all new exterior doors on our main floor, installed new door casings and baseboards throughout the main floor, installed a new Kitchen window and patched the exterior siding and made a beautiful hardwood to tile transition.Chris has a meticulous eye for detail, skill and craftsmanship on every single project he touches. He communicates very clearly, answers any questions we had.He made a stressful and frustrating process so much easier to deal with.
